A moderate college with decent teaching and infrastructure.
Placements: 60% to 80% of students got placed. In the IT/CSE batch, 67%-85% of students are placed. The highest package is around 9-15 LPA, and the lowest is 3-3.5 LPA. Around 60%-75% of students get internships. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, IBM, Cognizant, Capgemini, and L&T. Many companies are paid or unpaid, it depends on the company for internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Internet is available in labs and laboratories. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Mess is mostly vegetarian. There are smart classrooms with projectors and whiteboards. We have a normal seating arrangement. A seminar hall is available for presentation. There is a huge central library with thousands of books, journals, and references.
Faculty: Teaching quality is generally good to moderate. Most of the faculty are supportive and experienced. They mainly focus on concept building and syllabus completion. Faculty are helpful and well-qualified with good teaching support. Curriculum is designed under SPPU. It is relevant to current engineering fundamentals.
Other: Events like Techtonic are arranged in college, in which many of the tasks or games are organised for students. The winners get a prizes.

College is nice, the placements are average, and supportive staff.
Placements: Placements are pretty average here like other Sinhgad Colleges of Vadgaon, Narhe branch. The highest package is around 17 LPA and the average is around 4 LPA. Internships are mostly given during the 3rd year of college. Top recruiting companies recruiting are Tata Consultancy, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: College has a nice library facility. Wi-Fi is also available in the main building zone. Classrooms are pretty normal but okayish type you can get digital learning as well. Labs are available for every department including first year, they are well-maintained. Canteen and Mess are available but canteen food is better than mess food.
Faculty: RMD College had a good faculty for my first year. Teachers are supportive and the staff is also not very rude. Teachers are well-qualified. Exams are conducted as per the 2024 pattern, we have an external subject for CCE activity which has credit as well, it helps students to build some extra skills or gain experience. Semester exams are moderate this time, pass percentage varies for some difficult subjects like basic electrical engineering (BEE) and engineering mathematics.
Other: I chose computer engineering because I had an interest in learning things related to that domain I wish the course had little more practical learning classes than theory and assignments part. Fests are mostly done in main branch of Sinhgad (Vadgaon Branch), here we have only 2 days fest for traditional day and bollywood day.

I am satisfied with the course, curriculum and faculty.
Placements: Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Accenture, and Cognizant visited the campus for mass hiring. Some other firms like Pubmatic and JTP offered international placements. The average package ranges between 4-4.5 LPA and the highest package went significantly higher. Although, internships are not directly offered by companies on campus. The placement cell is active in conducting drives. The top roles offered are software developer, system analyst, and QA tester. There is still scope for improvement in attracting more product-based companies and offering internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The department has a decent and functional infrastructure. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, blackboards, and wooden benches. Each department has a seminar hall on every floor for presentations and events. There is a small departmental library along with a central library and a dedicated reading hall for the entire college. The available facilities support academic needs. Hostel facilities are average with decent mess food and basic cleanliness. Sports facilities and a medical center are also present, which makes the campus overall conducive for learning and staying.
Faculty: Faculty members are generally helpful and well-qualified. Most professors put in effort to engage students and support academic growth. The course curriculum is relevant to current trends and includes a fair mix of theory and practical subjects, although more industry tie-ups and hands-on exposure would be beneficial. Exams are held on schedule and are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is fairly high (around 80-85 percent). The course does prepare students for industry roles, especially in IT and service-based sectors, but could benefit from interacting with more real-time case studies and skill-based workshops.

It provided good placements in 2024-25.
Placements: Recruiting companies for my course are Ensono, Accenture, Cognizant, Wordline, LTIMindtree, Infosys, BNY Mellon, and Pubmatic. The highest package offered is 20 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The average package offered is 4 LPA. The top role offered is a software developer.
Infrastructure: For my course, we have facilities such as Wi-Fi and a big library. There are separate classrooms for each division of all years. There are separate labs for each subject to perform their practicals. Labs are with the equipment required for doing practicals and other assignments.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good as teachers are masters qualified in that particular subject. Semester exams are under the Savitribai Phule Pune University course curriculum. Exam papers are provided by the university to the college for conducting exams.

Good infrastructure and facilities in our college. It is accredited with A+ by NAAC.
Placements: 40% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 14 LPA. The average package is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, LT, and Infosys in our college. Internships are provided to few students.
Infrastructure: The facilities in my college are average, and infrastructure is good. The computer labs and other labs are well managed. Every subject has its respective lab and the setup provided is excellent. My college has a library and a reading hall too which has ample tables and space to study. The food in the mess is average. Canteen is also average. The hostel has bus transportation as our hostel is away from the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average as the attendance is low at the college. Course curriculum is relevant and helps in making students ready for the industry. Semester exams are difficult as our college is affiliated with SPP. So, the university sets the paper.
Other: I chose this course as I want to work in the IT industry. In my course, practical knowledge is lacking so it should be improved. Events and fests happen every year. There are amazing events on the campus. Scholarships are also provided.

Technical life at RMD Warje.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is nearly 85%. Tech Mahindra, John Deere, Infosys, and Accenture are the top recruiting companies. Software developer is the main role offered. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has a gymkhana with sports grounds for kho-kho, kabaddi, cricket, table tennis, football, basketball, badminton, and many more. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for all students. The food in the hostel mess is decent.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, hold PhDs, and are very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is impressive. The course curriculum is relevant for ENTC and makes students industry-ready.
Other: I was very interested in mechanical engineering from my childhood. I dream of designing a successful car in my time. The fests include traditional days, Bollywood days, and events for tech life.
