This college had good placements in 2017.
Placements: Our college has overall good placements, and many companies visit here for placements. Many students got placed, and our college has a B.Tech section also. If you want to take admission here, you don't need to worry about placements. Our college provides internship opportunities also.
Infrastructure: Hostels have proper rooms for a comfortable stay, and there are Wi-Fi facilities in hostels. There are both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. The mess is in good condition with different varieties of food items on the menu. The hostel has a minimum of 3 wardens for caring. The best thing about our college is that it has a girls hostel also.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly skilled and educated. They are the best guides as well as help every student. The teaching style is different from teacher to teacher. This college will provide you with extra teachers for every subject for the betterment of students.
Other: There is a high scope in the future if you pursue B.Sc in agriculture, and I have chosen this course mainly because of that reason. Moreover, this course perhaps is easy for further studies.

Overall, it is a good college if you want to pursue B.Sc.
Placements: Our college has overall good placements, and many companies visit here for placements. Many students got placed, and it has a B.Tech section also. If you want to take admission here, you shouldn't worry about placements. Our college provides internship opportunities also.

Department of agriculture and forestry is named as Himalayan at our college.
Placements: Seminars are held on a regular basis. This college is in Haridwar, so Patanjali acts as a great influencer in career-making from this college. The college provides 100% placements for students. This college is affiliated by Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, which is a central university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great as it provides a separate block for agriculture and forestry. It provides land for cultivation of crops, fruits and vegetables. There is a great bunch of faculty members for the proper guideline of students. Books of every subject of the entire course are available in the library. Lab sessions are conducted.
Faculty: The course gets started in the month of August and ends in the month of December including two internal exams and one-semester examination. Faculty members in our college are PhD holders. They interact with the students in such a way they make the students feel like home and friends.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to study agriculture, and in the future, I want to help society. Annual fest named Anugunooj is organised every year by the college. Trips are conducted, which help students for education and refreshment purposes.

The best college in Uttarakhand for agriculture.
Placements: The institute provides a great platform for students to gain in-depth knowledge about the scope after completing graduation in agriculture through internships and workshops in FMCG companies as Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Patanjali, Amway etc. It opens opportunities for students to get placed in companies like Triveni Engineering and Industries, Crystal Phosphates Ltd., IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Ltd., NDDB Dairy, Mahyco Seeds Ltd., etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is one of the best in Uttarakhand. The campus is spread over 30 acres and has separate buildings for agriculture, management and engineering courses. Labs are well equipped with all the necessary instruments. The campus is lush green and clean. The college is located slightly away from the city, so the area is not much crowded.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our department are doctorate holders and highly experienced. As the agriculture courses were started recently in this college, RIT management is taking every step to make it successful. The college is affiliated to Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University which is a central university.
Other: Many events are conducted throughout the year. Sports fest, technical fest, cultural fest and many others like freshers' party, Halloween party, DJ nights, etc., are organised in our college.

It is not a good college for B.Sc. Agriculture.
Placements: Companies visit our college to offer sales roles. The average salary package is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Around 6 students out of 90 got internships and one got a job offer in our branch. The roles offered are sales associate, sales officer, and business development officer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't work well. Our college has a lab with fewer facilities. Classrooms have blackboards. There is a small land for agriculture courses to do practicals. Students have to pay money for doing practicals. They sell the land after harvesting. All the materials needed for harvesting should be bought by students. The hostel imposes a fine of Rs.1,000 to Rs.20,000 for doing anything wrong.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are not good. One teacher teaches more than 2 subjects. All teachers don't have teaching experience. The course curriculum is very old. Teachers don't complete the syllabus on time but they send notes in PDF form. Semester exams are very easy to pass.
Other: I chose this course because agriculture is a great profession and I wanted to improve in it. Our college shows off its engineering students and buildings. They hire teachers for a salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000 per month who look like sales persons. Management charges high fees from students and hires teachers at low salaries. They behave like strangers to the agriculture and forestry department. I recommend students to join this college who want a professional degree. Our college is not affiliated with ICAR.

It is good enough in comparison to the fee.
Placements: On-campus placements are conducted in the private sector. The salary package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA. However, the first batch of the college in this department is yet to be passed out. In the previous year, about 2 students out of 4 from our course got placed in the private sector in on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel is basic but not so good. The hostel has 3 and 2 sharing rooms and both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. There are common bathrooms and toilets on each floor with a geyser facility. The food served in a mess is decent, and it only serves vegetarian food. A mess provides you with 4 times meals per day.
Faculty: You will find some good student-friendly faculty members here who will help you here in most of the aspects. They clear our doubts, and they will help you with their best. Most of the faculty members are doctorates. The syllabus is likely more changeable with the change of semester and mostly different from each other. So you will have to study a lot on your own.
Other: Fests are organised at the college. Scholarships are available as per students' merit and results.
