S.C.D. Government College: pay less learn more.
Placements: My course started with 67 students. The highest package for my course was 5 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. Almost all the students got internships. Only a few of them were able to get paid internships. Roles such as professor and assistant professor were offered for our course.
Infrastructure: The college offers proper facilities for the students who choose to live in their hostels. The entire campus is furnished with Wi-Fi and has projects in a tiered classroom. Both the college and the hostel have a library of their own. The library at the hostel is open 24/7 for students to study.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice and is always willing to help you with your queries and problems. All the teachers have PhDs and are qualified enough. The curriculum is great, and it makes you industry-ready. Almost 95% of students pass the semester exams easily.
Other: This course allowed me to gain knowledge and become a professor to teach at any college I wish. The course could focus more on the Science side. The college is famous for its events and fests.

I'm satisfied with the campus and connectivity.
Placements: 80% of students got internships from the course I pursued. It provides a wide range of opportunities in teaching and also in the field of computer science. One can be recruited by companies like Microsoft, Google, and various software companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of labs, library, and classrooms is appreciated and well-designed. Also, the hostel is well-cleaned and maintained. The food available is neat and clean and also very delicious. Also, the apparatus in the laboratories are working properly.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified in my course bachelor of science. The ease of the semester depends on one's potential for hard work and the percentage to pass the exams is 33%. This course helps the students to be ready for the industry for working.
Other: I chose a bachelor of science because I aimed to study and work in computer science field. Events and fest in the college are organized properly.

A picture-perfect college.
Placements: My course provides several opportunities within different sectors/industries with good placement plans and services. You just have to score a good grade. The college will automatically recognise you and provide you with an online form for placements which is good.
Infrastructure: Our college has great infrastructure for our course and hostel. If you want to join, you just have to give them proof of your ID card, adhaar card, and photos which is very convenient. If you ask me, I never used that service but I have some friends using it and are very satisfied.
Faculty: We have well-arranged and organized faculty, curriculum, and exams for all courses. My college provides a well-arranged seating arrangement and well-organized exam schedule which helps all students to make their way to success much easier. It is perfect for to last bit of it.

This college is good for someone having a family business and does not want to do academic work.
Placements: Placements are not conducted here. It is a degree course. After this course, a lot of my classmates opted for off-campus placements. Some students got clerical jobs and some became medical representatives. Companies do not visit the college to recruit students. Some students cleared government jobs in the Punjab police. The top role offered in my course is to do an M.Sc and then become a teacher.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are nice and big. The computer lab is there but I never used it. Chemistry labs are there. Wi-Fi is not available for students. The hostel facility is good. Food is good in a mess, and it is healthy. Medical facilities are not available as I know from my 3 years of course. Sports options are there.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified to teach students. The course is oriented according to Punjab University Chandigarh. I do not think the course curriculum makes students industry-ready. It just gives a degree so that students can apply for government jobs or any job in the industry. Semester exams are easy, and students can crack studying a week before exams. The pass percentage is 70-80% and the dropout percentage is 40%.
Other: I suggest students do not opt for the degree course if they are unsure what they want to do. However, students can do some professional courses like engineering, law, MBBS, and B.Pharma so that they get knowledge to excel in life.

SCD Government College - All You Need to Know.
Placements: There are no on-campus placements, but my college is famous for placements. Companies visit my college for placements, and I have heard that students who pass out from here are given priority for job opportunities. Famous directors David Dhawan and Nihal Wadera are from my college. Placements are not directly from college, but you will get a good job if you have the name of this college on your degree.
Infrastructure: This college is 124 years old. The classes are big, you get a good number of seats, and there is good space to study. There are separate buildings for each department like Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Commerce, and Arts. My college does have one big ground for athletics, one for cricket, one for football, and also one for hockey. There is also a flower garden called "Gulistaan-e-Sahir."
Faculty: The faculty is best in them, with very experienced teachers who are authors of various books. Some of them are international authors. But sometimes there is a shortage of faculty, so we have to study in combined classes. Some teachers are very strict about attendance, but some are not. The curriculum is relevant, and the semester exams are not that tough. Actually, you can easily score the best just by preparing previous year papers.
Other: My course is B.Sc. Non-M.Ed. I pay 8000 INR in odd semesters and 3000 INR in even semesters. There are many scholarships and various events like sports week every month. The Lohri function is the most famous of them.

A good college having good infrastructure and environment for study.
Placements: Our college does not offer any kind of placements in B.Sc. non-medical course and it does not offer in other courses also.
college does not offer package for students.
No companies visited our college for hiring.
No internship is offered too in our college.
Infrastructure: College has an excellent environment for students to study.
teachers are well qualified and trained, their teaching method is also good enough.
The college has 4-5 parks, an auditorium hall, library room, labs are available for practical activities, classrooms are also NEET and clean.
Hostel of the college is well maintained for good for students.
Hostel mess's food is of good quality and there is a routine for every meal on the daily basis.
For the physical activities of students college hostel has a big playground of cricket basketball, tennis, a running track is also there.
The college has an official cricket team, basketball team etc.
NCC facilities are also available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in studies, they are well qualified having Masters B.Ed and some have PHDs also.
This course is very useful in industry of medical and it helps students in many industrial fields also.
3) semester exams are good enough and not too hard to pass and not easy to pass too.
Other: I was from a Non medical background and was interested in it that's why choose B.Sc. method of teaching of teachers and guidance is best in my course.
Late fee charge is high and it should decrease.
Annual sports day, Diwali festival, lohri festival, teej festival cultural programs such as gidha bhangra events etc. Are major festivals of our college, and crowd in the college is always above average during fests.
Scholarships for the need students such as Dr. Br Ambedkar scholarship, National scholarship portals are major scholarships of college.

Actually,SCD Government college does not have physiotherapy courses as it only have arts and science courses
But I would tell you some other colleges in Ludhiana which is great for physiotherapy courses:
