Great college life experience and good for placements.

Placements: For placements SHC students have more opportunities than other college students. Looking towards our seniors who have just passed out a 70 percent of them have been placed in different companies. The recruiting companies are EY, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, etc. If you're searching for admission for the course B.Com to get placed in companies then Sacred Heart College Thevara is the best college.

Infrastructure: When we talk about the faculty members they are pretty good but still there are some negativities too. The B.Com department has a separate lab. The library in the college is one of the best knowledge providing libraries in the entire state of Kerala. Classrooms are well developed it is very comfortable to attend the classes without any problems. In the case of a hostel you should choose wisely. Some hostels may ask for more fees and year by year they will be increasing the fee so it will be very difficult to manage. The food and facilities are very comfortable and neat.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful but in some topics it looks like they also don't have enough knowledge about the subject. Teaching quality is good but among them they have favouritism to students. As per my view it is slightly difficult but still they teach us well. Sem exams are really difficult because year by year they are making the exams very difficult but actually it is good for us. Making it difficult will encourage us to study more and be thorough with it.

It is a value-for-money college with great placements and great college life.

Placements: Most students are placed in the previous batch with good placements. The highest package is 6 LPA from Deloitte. Top recruiting companies include auditing firms such as Deloitte and EY, and banking companies like Federal Bank. Most students get internships, as the certificate holds great value. Top roles include auditing, accounting, and banking.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great. College has campus-wide Wi-Fi. Classrooms are well equipped with smart boards. The library is one of the biggest, with a large collection of books from various genres. College has multiple hostels ranging from budget to comfortable options. High-budget hostels include mess facilities, while low-budget ones provide canteen facilities.

Faculty: The curriculum is harder compared to other colleges, as the college is reputed for good placements. It is strict and feels relevant, mainly focusing on job placement entrance tests. The difficulty of semester exams varies, sometimes being hard and other times easier.

The college is amazing, and students are very fun to mingle with.

Placements: Above 60 percent of students are placed. The highest package is around 12 LPA, with an average of 8–9 LPA for B.Com. Companies like Deloitte and EY come for placements. More than 70 percent of students get internships. The college assists with placements and provides internships for almost all students in my department. I do not have prior knowledge about other departments.

Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi, libraries, and labs, all of which are well arranged. On my campus, the classrooms are old, but the new SH campus is modern. The hostel I am staying in is somewhat average and not recommended if you want a posh lifestyle.

Faculty: Most faculty members are friendly and supportive, but some are not very helpful. FYUGP is not fully implemented yet. Students are not able to choose their selective MDCs, as it is based on 12th marks. Semester exams are hard, but the pass percentage is above 80%.

Other: This college provides a fantastic college life. Many programs happening day by day. Students can participate in them. Scholarships are given based on 12th marks, SC/ST quotas, etc.

Sacred Heart College through my eyes.

Placements: Last year, almost 26 students got placed in our B.Com. But this year, only 4 of the students got placed. The packages offered are different from different countries. Goldman's Sachs is the top recruiting company that provides the package of almost 17-18 lakhs. Deloitte is another company that provides packages of 6-7 Lac. A few more different companies also visit for placement in our college. Their salary package is almost the same as Deloitte. Roles are offered by the company based on your performance.

Infrastructure: There is WI-FI service available in our department. There is a computer lab that has almost 11 computers. The college has their own hostel services, which cost 3000 Rs per month. There is a college canteen, which is separate from the mess. The canteen seems to be clean like the hostel. There is a huge ground offered by the college. You take part in many of the sports like football, basketball, and volleyball.

Faculty: Most of the teachers in our department have Ph.D.s, and they are very educated. The teaching quality is not that appreciable. The syllabus is a bit difficult compared to other MG universities syllabus. There is an industrial visit in the 2nd year of the college. The semester exams are quite tough, as they provide only 3.5 months for the 1st semester. Even though the exams are tough, only 3 to 4 students fail in these exams.

Other: I chose this course as there are better opportunities after this particular course, and the college might provide us with placement opportunities. I wish the syllabus was a little bit simpler and the duration for each semester had almost 5 months. The events, fests, etc. are good.

Best college!, I will recommend this college for everyone.

Placements: 90% of students are placed. Deloitte, EY are the top recruiting companies. A salary package in the range of 15000-25000 is available. A 90% mark is needed for placement. Study well, you get scored; all will help you. South Indian Bank also recruited the students.

Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi, well-facilitated labs, and good library facilities. Clean and tidy bathroom facilities are also available. There is a big chance for sports students. The food available in the mess is tasty, and different cuisines are not available. Price, biryani, breads, fried items, etc. are available.

Faculty: Teachers have very good behavior. They will help with our studies and support our extracurricular activities, especially Urmila Ma'am from the commerce department. The pass percentage is 50%. They provide industrial visits. They conduct exams each month, which helps with our evaluation.

Our college provides great placements.

Placements: Many students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Sunderland, etc. The salary package is decent. It also has a separate placement cell that works hard to get the students into top institutions.

Infrastructure: This college has two blocks. The east campus block is the new block, so the infrastructure is still under construction. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The library is fully air-conditioned. Computer laboratory is better. The food served in the canteen is very good. They provide snacks as well.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and helpful. They ensure that the students should understand the concept. They also conduct extra classes for weak students. They ensure that all students pass their exams and put in a lot of hard work for the same.

Other: The course is very useful in the future. It also provides a lot of job opportunities. Our campus life is great.

Now college is good with good infrastructure.

Placements: 80% are placed. 12 Lacs per year-the highest. 2 Lacs per year the lowest. There are lot of good companies approaching and lot of opportunities. Deloitte is a company which offered good amount and package. Not sure of top roles.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, good library and smart classrooms are available. Hostel contains Wi-Fi, parking area, AC in some rooms, TV, Fridge and quality of food is between average and top. Sports are only for sports quota students. Hostel provides lot of games. It has lot of enjoyment opportunities.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Syllabus is not good. Students does not get practical knowledge. Sem exams are easy. Only based on text are there. Sem exams has ample amount of leaves and lot of time to study. Syllabus is good to byheart but is not applicable in life.

Other: B.Com provide lot of opportunities I should focus some more on studies. Lots of events and activities are there.

It is slightly expensive, but it has an awesome college life.

Placements: A good amount of placement drives are held on the campus for the final year students, which is the attracting factor. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tata, and Amazon visit the campus every year to recruit freshers. The average salary package offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, which is not bad for Bachelor students.

Faculty: The course curriculum is more industry-based that definitely will help every student to be well equipped for the work environment. The syllabus includes internal exams, internships, industrial visits, and a project giving real-world experience to the students. The college has highly qualified faculty members. Teachers are really friendly and supportive in our college.

Other: It was always on the top of my priority list. I am a passionate dancer, and when looking upon cultural events, it has shown a golden mark, so it was the best choice for me. The quality of education provided by the college is worth noting, which made me opt for the college. Campus life and events are worth in the college. The scenic beauty of the college is notable. Our college conducts fests, a college day, and many more cultural events during an academic year with many opportunities for the students.
