Satisfied. Good infrastructure, good placements, good facilities & Satisfied lectures.

Placements: Approximately 30% of students got placed every year. The package offers varies from person to person starting from 2L per annum to 4L and above. One of the top companies throughout from Visakhapatnam come here and hire students.

Infrastructure: The labs of our college are very neat and clean. Classrooms are comfortable to sit and easy to understand atmosphere is provided. Nearly every book you need is there in our library and good infrastructure is provided here. And coming to the hostel, the facilities and pretty good and food here is very delicious. As I'm not a sports person I can't comment on it sorry for that.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified enough to teach and yes, they are knowledgeable enough to explain topics so easily. Listening to their classes perfectly and understanding them will definitely lead you to get industry-ready. And coming to semester exams it's definitely hard enough if you don't study. And if you ever studied then nothing is hard here. Almost 90% got passed at the end of the final year. And remaining 10% were the ones who don't attend the classes and waste their time bunking the classes.

Other: I love civil engineering from my childhood without any reason. But later I realised there's a lot of scope in it in future. It let you learn a lot of things. It will be great if the teachers will teach us digitally. Events are the best thing in our college and big stars are also invited here.

There are better infrastructure and labs.

Placements: The maximum percentage of students were placed from our course. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 1.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 3.75 LPA. Tata, Nagarjuna Cement, etc., companies visited here. Internship programmes are not offered.

Infrastructure: There is better infrastructure here, and every classroom is protected with CC cameras. Labs have a good environment, and there are pleasant classrooms. All the facilities like the quality of hostel food, etc., are good and better here. Sports tournaments are conducted at the time of the fest only and not at other times.

Faculty: The maximum number of teachers here are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our course is relevant to the curriculum. Every six months, semester exams are conducted. It is easy to clear all the exams, and the pass percentage is 70%. Our course curriculum does not make students industry-ready.

Other: I have more interested in innovative ideas of constructions and different types of designs, so I chose this course. I think our college should provide maximum internships and should make industrial visits mandatory for our course, and then it is very useful after course. Every year our college conducts a fest in the month of December, which includes everything like a tech-fest, cultural programmes, sports tournaments, etc.

Pleasant college with good teaching and labs but less placements

Placements: The college atmosphere is very pleasant and spacious and good bus facility .Coming to placements ece and eee students have the good placements comparing to civil and mech . In our batch no student got job from placements , only 2/3 companies were there for civil like tata steel and concrete company. Faculty teaching is good.

Infrastructure: Good teaching , nice labs . There is hostel only for boys . I heard that its quick strict and phones for diploma is not allowed and study hours are there for members and faculty will also be to clear there doubts . Good communication with faculty

Faculty: Good faculty, the teaching was good pratical knowledge was good . Labs were very finely explained . Comparing to other polytechic colleges , Our college have good labs facilties have good instruments tools and faculty. There are 3 mids and 1 sem for 6 months

Other: Very few placements

The worst college in Visakhapatnam.

Placements: There are no placements for DCE and Mechanical students. They provide good placements for only a few branches, like EEE, ECE, and CSE students. There are no recruitments for the civil branch through college. Civil internships were obtained by 60% of students in private companies. As junior engineers and surveyors, students are hired.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure is available with facilities like labs, drawing halls, good-looking classrooms, and canteen facilities. But it is located too far away from the city. They encourage sports and games. The college has a bus facility but collects high fees for buses. And the maximum distance needs to be covered by walking for at least 3 km from the government bus stop.

Faculty: They did not have fully qualified and knowledgeable staff members and teachers. The majority of students graduate from this engineering college. But the semester exams they conduct are very difficult. The maximum passing percentage is 40%. We are provided with semi-skilled staff with average teaching knowledge.

Other: Civil engineering is a very rear course. It provides good placements. I wish that government should provide the maximum number of jobs in Civil Engineering.

Our college holds top position in providing faculty, labs, fest, sports, and placements.

Placements: About 4 students out of 60 got selected for job placements. The highest salary packages offered was 4.8 LPA. In our college, recruitment is high but in the civil sector compared to other branches civil are low, and in civil TCS, and L&T were big companies. Main surveyors are roles offered in those companies.

Infrastructure: Facilities that we get in our college are top-notch. No other college can provide such facilities. We have a long library and every class is CC monitored. Our college mess food is good and for sports, medical, games are top-notch. Every year, we have a fest, and some tournaments.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-trained except for a few. Every faculty is moving to some government job. Every year we are given industrial training. In our college, semester exams are difficult. Teachers do their jobs strictly.

Other: I opted for this course because it has high job possibilities. Everything in our college is perfect. Fest is conducted for 10 days and it is like a festival in the college. They should improve in canteen food for hostel students. Some modification is required in the auditorium.

Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2024.
