A good all-around college.
Placements: Average or mass recruitment companies are there to hire students, but if you are thinking of a grab package of 10 LPA or more, then you should put in efforts from your side. The percentage of students securing jobs is so low that many students find opportunities on their own.
Infrastructure: Renovation is going on. After some time, the whole campus will be renovated, and I think the whole campus will become new after two or three years. The food quality is decent, but you have the power to customise the mess menu by the concreting majority of students.
Faculty: Faculty members are so good that they really take care of students, not like a government college where 75 percent attendance criterion is followed very strictly, and you should also not be eligible for the exam if your attendance is low. You should maintain a 60 percent or 6 CGPA to sit in the placement cell after completion of your course.

Overall, it is good and provides a good environment for students.
Placements: Overall, placements are not good, but sometimes companies offer low packages, and most students didn’t receive placements. Those who did get placements received low packages. I think the college needs to improve its packages so that students can get jobs on campus only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is decent, spanning 85 acres. However, amidst the land, there is abundant potential to create something good. Yet, no one seems to focus on that. I think the college should work on its infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and helpful. All the faculty members I have met are supportive, and teachers provide e-notes on Google Classroom to help us at every step. Most of the teachers explain concepts very clearly and also conduct useful experiments in the lab.
Other: I wish our college could improve event management and campus life.

I am keen to study in a quiet and the best environment.
Placements: Generally, in our college, placements are pretty good, as it depends on our skills. The placement graph is upward, so it is a good sign for us. The highest package is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is about 4 LPA, and it depends on our knowledge and skills. The average package is 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities that are given to us include the best computers in the lab for practising different coding languages. In infrastructure, we have a fantastic library which includes all the necessary books and documents we require. Wi-Fi is one of the facilities that we love to have.
Faculty: Faculty members have good experience in teaching and are specialised in their respective fields. They explain every topic in a descriptive manner. The course curriculum is very fine as it is according to current industrial needs. Our semester exams are quite difficult. The pass percentage is 40.
Other: My main intention in choosing this course is that I have an interest in learning coding languages. I wish it would provide real-life examples of implementing coding skills. Many events are held in our college, and at different times of the year. The main events of our college are Samrat Utsav and Techno Vision.

Not satisfied with this college.
Placements: College placements last were very disappointing. Only few companies come, and most probably students got their packages from mass hiring off campus. Only few got placed from campus with only 4 LPA package. There are in-house internships for students.
Infrastructure: There are 1 smartclassroom and labs for all departments. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. There are 3 boys and 3 girls hostels. For boys hostel is for first year students only. College building is too old. There is a sports complex for indoor games and a sports ground for outdoor games.
Faculty: Most faculty members are passouts from the college, and all holds are family-related. They are experienced but their teaching is too old and not up to par for the industry level. Most of the students are struggling to get industry-level education. Curriculum is not relevant and is almost all theory, with no practical knowledge. Semester exams can be cleared by studying the night before the exam.

My happy journey at SATI.
Placements: From the third semester, we are ready for the campus placements. The companies like TCS, Yash Technology, Blinkit, Google, and Microsoft. Almost 60% of students get placed in college placement. My plan after degree is to get a job. Average package is around 4 LPA. Internships are better than other colleges.
Infrastructure: Library of my college is the central library affiliated with the college, and also sports competitions like Sindhya trophy are held. Wi-Fi and connectivity are also available in all campus areas. In my college, we have hostels and gym also. We have 5 hostels in Pune campus, 2 for girls and 3 for boys. The college timing is 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The hostel timing is 8:30 PM.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is 70 to 1. The faculty and the relationship are good. All the teachers are very humble and feel like our parents. Faculty members interact in every aspect. They always need help and contact us. Not all facilities are the best in my college. The exams are moderate.
Other: In Vidisha, we have the national heritage Sanchi. The annual technical fest of the Samath Ashok Technical Institute is Samrath Utsav.

“Strong Academics, Practical Study: My experience at SATI."
Placements: I am from the B.Tech Civil Engineering batch of 2025 at Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (SATI) Vidisha. Our batch had a total of around 60 students in Civil Engineering. The highest package offered was around 8 LPA while the lowest package stood at approximately 3 LPA. The average package for our course was in the range of 4.5-5 LPA reflecting steady placement opportunities in core and allied industries.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available including WiFi labs classrooms and the library. The Civil Engineering lab is one of the best labs all over India. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is quite good and hygiene is maintained. All sports facilities are available including indoor and outdoor. We have a football ground cricket ground basketball ground badminton court and a table tennis court.
Faculty: The curriculum is well settled, and the faculty are experienced and helpful. The Civil Engineering department at Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (SATI), Vidisha, has highly qualified, supportive, and experienced faculty. Most professors hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees from reputed institutes and have both academic and industry exposure, which makes their teaching effective. They are approachable and always ready to help students with doubts, projects, and career guidance.
Other: The Medhavi scholarship is the most important thing in our college, and there are many more scholarship offers.
