I am dissatisfied with the college in terms of placements. I am satisfied with the faculty.
Placements: In my college, a minimum of 5 to 10 percent of students get placed in the production sector only. The highest offered in placement is Rs. 17,000 per month, and the lowest offered is Rs. 14,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are TCMS Private Limited and Agio Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. 40 percent of students got internships from my college, which is a paid internship. Students have to pay money to get internship certificates. Roles offered are production manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are nice. There is no hostel in college, and students have to live in rooms that are 8 kilometers from the college. We have to ride 8 KM daily. The library is the best of all things. In sports, they only support volleyball and football on the occasion of the secretary's birthday.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. Their teaching quality is not really good, but the staff members are good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready due to high-profile projects and internships. It also makes us sharp enough to join the industry. Semester exams are very difficult. The average pass percentage is 50 percent.
Other: I chose this course by seeing the growing future and tech in the pharma sector after the Coronavirus pandemic. The best thing about this course is that it makes students industry-ready and not only teaches about pharmacy but also builds daily life skills that help in the future. There are many things that have to be improved in this college, like the hostel, canteen, events, etc. Extracurricular activities are the best part. It conducts all activities, and students enjoyed it.
