Best experience of college life at first site.

Placements: In our college AVPTI, placements are 10 to 20%. Students who are clever can get placements in some local companies. But we see other points of placements, that students are interested in higher education like degrees in different types of courses.

Infrastructure: AVPTI provides the best facilities like Wi-Fi, which can be used by any student of college. Other facilities like labs and rooms are very well and properly managed. New computers of high capabilities will be installed this year 2025 by the government.

Faculty: Professors are very highly educated and able to help students get proper knowledge. Professors give students micro-projects and they perform in our labs or lectures. This is a good method to get knowledge of any kind of subject using micro projects.

Other: It is good enough and valuable college of Rajkot for computer engineering.

Absolutely satisfied with the quality of education, faculty, and facilities.

Placements: I don't have exactly idea of total number of offers made, but I can confidently say that if you want a job you will get it. 100% students get the offers. My plan is to go for higher studies to any private university where the skill is important, not the marks, because I have very good experience with the college but not with University (GTU).

Infrastructure: I have good interest in computer field and as the future will be AI, I chose computer engineering. I am disappointed with the curriculum which is designed by Gujarat Technological University, which is not the latest need of the market. In the syllabus, you have to learn old technologies that were useful five years ago, and some things are deprecated and can’t even run; it’s in the syllabus.

Faculty: The faculty in AVPTI is unbeatable. I can guarantee you that in any other government college you can’t find faculty like them all. I like Vimal Pambhar Sir, who teaches us DSA and computer organization. I like his techniques of teaching because what he teaches, you can remember for a lifetime. Other faculty like Hathaliya Sir, Ramani Sir, etc., all are top educated and have full knowledge of their field and teach very effectively.

Other: The highly skilled faculty is the main point to consider. All faculty respond politely and are also ready to help you. The placement facility is also a big factor to consider because after diploma you can get 2-3 Lakh package, which is not bad.

Best college Experience.

Placements: In our college, placements are not provided for our computer department. Other departments may arrange placements, and they are placed with very good salaries. The average package is 2.1 LPA in the electrical department and other departments. Mostly, students of the electrical department are going for the job, and the students in the computer department have to go for higher studies.

Infrastructure: Yes, our college infrastructure is in good condition. There are both hostels available for girls and boys, but our college does not provide a mess in the hostel or a canteen in the college. Other things like sports, games, and medical facilities are well managed. The hostel construction is the oldest, and it needs to be renovated in the boys' hostel, and especially in the girls' hostel, there is a need to start a mess because, without it, they have trouble eating.

Faculty: Here, all the respected faculty are helpful in teaching and other skill development tasks. Their exam pattern is given by GTU, and we have to write two mid exams of 20 marks each, and their average will be calculated. Then, we have to prepare a micro-project for each subject in each semester, and that is a very amazing thing for developing skills. 90% of students pass the exams.

Other: In Computer Science Engineering, all the concepts and subjects are very helpful in creating our future bright. My college is a government college, so the fees are very low, and we get government-approved scholarships.

If you get admission at A. V. P. T. I, go for it without thinking anything.

Placements: Most of the students choose to go for higher studies like B.E. or B.Tech. Some of them want placement, so our college provides good packages for them because they have a large network of companies. Some good companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., come to recruit talent. In Diploma, you can expect an average package of 1-3 Lacs. Interested students get 100% placement and internship. Top roles can be as developers.

Infrastructure: In our college, we get the best computer labs with high-end specs, and the infrastructure is very nice. 24/7 Wi-Fi is available. In classrooms, there are digital boards to study, and there is also a big seminar hall where seminars are held. You will get better than what you expect from a government college.

Faculty: The faculty of AVPTI is top-notch, highly talented, and skilled in their field. All faculty members are very polite in behavior and helpful when needed. The faculty is always ready to help you. The mid exams are very easy, and you can easily pass or score higher.

Other: I like computers and their technology, so I chose it. The best part is that you will get practical knowledge, and you need to make a micro-project in every subject, so your skills will improve. I think that Gujarat Technological University needs to upgrade courses timely to the latest trends or industry-demanding technologies because I am studying a 5-year-old course that is deprecated. Students can get the Digital Gujarat scholarship. Our college also holds many events organized by GTU, like Khel Mahakumbh, etc.

The Best Diploma College in Rajkot

Placements: Generally, at the diploma level, not many students are interested in placement. All students are considered for higher studies. About 4-8 students easily get a job from the Computer Science department. Approximately 520 students get placement from several departments like Electricity, ICT, Biomedical, etc., from the institute.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities in A.V.P.T.I. College. Mainly in the Computer Science department, there are 5 computer labs, 7 classrooms with a seating capacity of 70-80 students, and 1 seminar hall. All classrooms have projector facilities. There is Wi-Fi available in all places in the department. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with some basic facilities.

Faculty: There are 20 to 25 faculty members in the Computer Science department. All faculty are helpful and well-qualified. About 2 to 4 faculty members have 20 years of experience, and some faculty have more than 10 years of experience. At the diploma level, you cannot achieve industry-ready students, but the college tries its best for students. The Computer Science department is accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation). That way, your degree is valid abroad also.
