The Best Diploma College in Rajkot

Placements: Generally, at the diploma level, not many students are interested in placement. All students are considered for higher studies. About 4-8 students easily get a job from the Computer Science department. Approximately 520 students get placement from several departments like Electricity, ICT, Biomedical, etc., from the institute.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities in A.V.P.T.I. College. Mainly in the Computer Science department, there are 5 computer labs, 7 classrooms with a seating capacity of 70-80 students, and 1 seminar hall. All classrooms have projector facilities. There is Wi-Fi available in all places in the department. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with some basic facilities.

Faculty: There are 20 to 25 faculty members in the Computer Science department. All faculty are helpful and well-qualified. About 2 to 4 faculty members have 20 years of experience, and some faculty have more than 10 years of experience. At the diploma level, you cannot achieve industry-ready students, but the college tries its best for students. The Computer Science department is accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation). That way, your degree is valid abroad also.

Best college Experience.

Placements: In our college, placements are not provided for our computer department. Other departments may arrange placements, and they are placed with very good salaries. The average package is 2.1 LPA in the electrical department and other departments. Mostly, students of the electrical department are going for the job, and the students in the computer department have to go for higher studies.

Infrastructure: Yes, our college infrastructure is in good condition. There are both hostels available for girls and boys, but our college does not provide a mess in the hostel or a canteen in the college. Other things like sports, games, and medical facilities are well managed. The hostel construction is the oldest, and it needs to be renovated in the boys' hostel, and especially in the girls' hostel, there is a need to start a mess because, without it, they have trouble eating.

Faculty: Here, all the respected faculty are helpful in teaching and other skill development tasks. Their exam pattern is given by GTU, and we have to write two mid exams of 20 marks each, and their average will be calculated. Then, we have to prepare a micro-project for each subject in each semester, and that is a very amazing thing for developing skills. 90% of students pass the exams.

Other: In Computer Science Engineering, all the concepts and subjects are very helpful in creating our future bright. My college is a government college, so the fees are very low, and we get government-approved scholarships.
