B.Tech. in Electronics and Computer Engineering - Batch of 2026
1.8
2Placements3Infrastructure1Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life1Value for Money
Disappointed with placements, teaching quality, and campus facilities.
Placements: Placements are below average for our batch. Only about 30-40% of students got placed, mostly in mass recruiting companies. The average package is around 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA, and the highest is 7 LPA for just a couple of students. Core companies rarely visit, and most roles offered are non-technical or support-based. Internships are mostly self-arranged, with minimal help from the college. The placement cell does not provide strong guidance or training, so students have to depend on external resources. Overall, the placement experience is disappointing and not up to expectations.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average and needs improvement. Classrooms have basic amenities, but the labs are outdated and lack modern equipment. Wi-Fi is often slow and unreliable. Library has limited books and few updated materials. Hostel rooms are congested and not cleaned regularly. Mess food lacks variety, and hygiene is a concern. There are very limited medical facilities. There is no full-time doctor or proper clinic. Sports and recreation options are minimal, with very basic equipment. For the feel charge, the facilities fell short of what we expected. There is definitely scope for better maintenance and upgrades.
Faculty: Faculty members are not up to the mark. Most teachers lack proper communication skills and don't engage well with students. Many just read out slides without explaining concepts clearly. The curriculum feels outdated and not aligned with current industry needs. Practical exposure is minimal, and industry-relevant skills are hardly taught. Semester exams are not very difficult, but they do not reflect real learning. The pass percentage is high, but the actual knowledge gained is quite low. Overall, the academics feel more like a formality than true education.
Other: I chose this course hoping it would open good career opportunities. But the overall experience is disappointing. Campus life is dull, with very few events or extracurricular activities. The crowd is not very active or diverse, and connectivity to the city is also poor. There are occasional fests, but they lack energy and proper organisation. College needs to improve faculty quality, placement support, and student engagement. Scholarships are limited, and the overall environment does not feel encouraging. I wish I had researched more before joining.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Computer Engineering - Batch of 2028
3.2
3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
It's absolutely good because of the faculty and campus, placement is average.
Placements: Placement is average, depending on our skills and luck. Out of 60, around 18 students are selected from college for their placements. The highest package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 3.5-4 LPA. Top roles offered are nothing.
Infrastructure: Campus is cool, and the quality of the hostel and college is not bad, with good maintenance. You should have sports activities too, but only during free times. The canteen of the college is famous.
Faculty: There are lots of exams taken in college, and it's obvious that there will be some hustle about assignments and exams. This course is very good, and there is high demand for it. The semesters are not very difficult, but in the beginning, you might be bored.
Other: It's good and fun.

Scope for improvement.
Placements: Our college provides average level companies placements. Most Indian IT companies visit the college. Most placements are done off-campus but on-campus placements aren't bad. Packages are realistic. Most placed students are from the civil department. They got a salary package of 24 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have a very basic hostel. You'll be provided with a small cupboard, a bed, a mattress, a pillow, and a desk (if you are lucky) but I recommend getting your own pillow at least. Wouldn't complain about the mess food because it's decent based on the amount you are paying.
Faculty: Some faculty members are experienced. Some are freshers and pursuing Ph.Ds. But guidance is great. Some of the experienced teachers would tell you where you should focus and where you can make more money. Basically, they know what they are doing.
Other: I chose this college because it is available in limited colleges. But they know what is needed to do to get industry exposure. They recently decided to put up a workshop for startup ideas. Overall a decent college.

Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning - Batch of 2025
3.6
2Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Absolutely dissatisfied because of the nature and college campus.
Placements: In the Diploma in AIML, there is no placement. Our teachers told us that we do not have proper knowledge, which is why we are not placed anywhere. I don’t know the exact amount, but I thought it was 15 LPA. In AIML, the Python language is more important. I am about 80% sure, but I don’t know for sure.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available but not for our personal use; it is given only if we do the college work they assign. The labs are good, all PCs are working well, and the classrooms are also very good. We have a whiteboard and a projector as well. I am not in the hostel, but I know from the girls that the mess is not good. In the mess, the food is like water, and the canteen is not good. The medical facility is not available, and games are 60-70% done.
Faculty: The teacher is not very helpful. They are qualified but not very knowledgeable, they cannot read well. It is too much difficult, but it’s okay if we study hard. The passing percentage is 28 for the I scheme and 36 for the K scheme (internal + external), I thought. I am from the batch 2022-25, so I have the I scheme.
Other: Because AIML is the future of India, and the best thing is it is new in the market. Nothing, it is perfect. Events are not good and fests are not celebrated. The campus crowd is not much. Connectivity is good. The scholarship is available. Extra-curricular activities are not happening.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2025

It is a good college for Mechanical Engineering Course in B.Tech.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech in the Mechanical Engineering course. In my batch, there are a total of more than 55 students. The highest package offered in my college for a job is 15 LPA, and the average package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest package offered by our college is 7 LPA. 70% of students get hired from my college.
Infrastructure: A great educational environment is provided for students to study and help them to develop their skills. In my department, there are special computer labs to do practicals and to get the actual experience of theory subjects and learn more about them.
Faculty: All teachers are very highly educated and skilled so all students will easily get their doubts clear with the help of their teachers. All semester exams are quite difficult but by studying hard, we can crack exams easily. The pass percentage is 45%.
Other: I chose this course for my personal development in machine designing and students also get placed with good job offers.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2027

3Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
College is average for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, good campus, supportive faculty members.
Placements: Placements are average in this college for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. Almost 70% of students are placed, but not in top MNCs, with an average package of 2-3.5 LPA. Industries that visit our college for placements are Bajaj, Airbagla, Hyosung, Parason. Also, big companies like Skoda, TCS, and TATA visit, but they choose limited students.
Infrastructure: There are neither poor nor good facilities, but average facilities available for Mechanical Engineering. There is a good internet connection on PCs, and labs are also average. Classrooms are good, and the library is also good. Hostel facilities are good, but the mess is very poor, and the food quality in the mess is very poor. The canteen is good. Medical facilities are available because there is a hospital on our college campus. For sports, there are large grounds available.
Faculty: Yes, for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, the faculty members are very supportive, and the HOD is also very supportive and of good nature. Well-qualified staff are there. The teaching quality is not bad but not excellent. Yes, it helps make students industry-ready because the faculty members provide high support on student projects. Semester exams are difficult because this is not an autonomous institute; this is a DBATU University-affiliated institute. Therefore, the passing percentage is average, meaning 75%.
Other: Because I have a strong interest in Al/ML Technology, but because of my low percentile in MHT CET I have low percentile because of that my second preference is Mechanical Engineering. Machine Learning means robotics and automation, and on the other side, mechanical engineers also deal with machines. In this course, practical knowledge is very important. Mostly, events are celebrations. And in the new academic year, a TechFest is organised. The campus is good, but the surrounding is not good because the college is placed near Tanda. Vast scholarships are available by Mahadbt. And also, extra-curricular activities are conducted by all departments, but a very low amount is in the Mechanical department because there are more diploma holders than regular or 12th pass students in the 2nd year. Because of that, 50% of students are doing jobs.
