Hello Tanisha Chaturvedi, I can understand your angst and anxiety. CSE is very special branch. Almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a result of this the cut-offs are really stiff. Hello Tanisha, your percentile is definitely good. But you have not mentioned many things that could have enabled us to give you a detailed and proper response. Okay. Your percentile means there are almost 19% students above you in merit. (100-81). About 10Lakh students appeared meaning there are about 1.9Lakh students ahead of you in order of merit. I can understand your angst but these are hard facts. I would strongly recommend that you appear for further rounds of JEE Mains with aim of improvement in your percentile. Best wishes to you.

Your credit score looks Good. As we are talking about particular Branch you can get admission as trends of previous year cutoffs. But it may take 3-4 round waiting in counseling. Check Madhya Pradesh DTE last year cutoff it will clearify you more. In some conditions you can even get Computer Science seat in Sgsits. If by any change in trend in cut-off you don't get Sgsits feel free to check other government Colleges and their cut-off list from Madhya Pradesh DTE site.

The factors on which cut-off depends are JEE marks , 12th marks , Domicile (MP domicile is priority as State Government College), Gender and Category. You can easily get admission in Sgsits through MP DTE counseling. There are different branches in engineering if you have any preferred branch then you should go for that branch rather than college. Other prestigious college are MIT gawalior (Rank higher than Sgsits by MHRD) , IET davv and other government Colleges. Take your time and visit college website or feel free to drop another question.
