My conclusion is that this college is the best.

Placements: There are lots of students who have taken admission to SGSITS this year. The highest package offered by the college is around 44 LPA, and the average package offered by the college is around 8–10 LPA. There are top companies like Amazon, Samsung, Adobe, etc.

The era of SGSITS Indore, a prominent college of Madhya Pradesh, has ended.

Placements: I am a first-year mechanical student, so I have no statement on our batch placements. Due to seniors' interactions, placements from recent years are getting lower, and even certain known companies have blacklisted the college this year. TNP cell students admit that placements have dropped. The average package for the mechanical course ranges from 4-5 LPA. The highest package ranges from 9-10 LPA. The highest package is 18 LPA on campus in the IT branch.

SGSITS, Indore: worst infrastructure and fee structure for a so-called government-funded institute.

Placements: In my branch, placement is 80-90%, and the average package is around 6 LPA. The maximum package is around 25 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Oracle, Mastercard, Goldman Sachs, etc. The placement is 50-60% for other branches like Civil, Mechanical, etc.

The quality of the crowd is very good as there are many students with a great percentile.

Placements: The placement percentage in Computer Science engineering is 60-70% with an average package of 8-9 LPA. The feel is very high with respect to the government institute, so the Return on investment is not that good. The highest package is 44 LPA. Mass recruiters also come. Top companies are MasterCard, Oracle, and Goldman Sachs.

SGSITS into summer from the perspective of a student who just lived 3 years here exploring domains.

Placements: So, mostly this year, what I have seen is that IT and CSE had placements mostly in Goldman Sachs and Oracle, with an average placement of 13-15 LPA. Mostly, 89-93% of students were capable of being placed. Roles include software development, AI engineer, DevOps, product management, financial analyst, and data analyst.

Must avoid college, it used to be a good way back, but now it's just the worst.

Placements: Placements this year have been the worst across all the branches. Less than 50% of students are hardly placed in EC. Every passing year, placements are getting worse and worse. Forget about companies coming for internships. Better placements can be achieved off-campus.

Getting the CSE branch at SGSITS Indore with an OBC-NCL rank of 28,103 is typically difficult as closing ranks for CSE usually close at lower ranks.

With a CRL of 408626 (SC, Madhya Pradesh domicile), it will be quite difficult to get Civil Engineering at SGSITS.

Upgrade rounds can see minor rank shifts as seats shuffle, but they rarely reach over 300,000 ranks past the standard SC closing limits for top-tier state institutions like SGSITS Indore

DTE counselling schedule typically spans from June through August. Registration and choice-filling for upcoming rounds takes place in July. Upgrade phases and final College Level Counselling (CLC) runs through August. Please check the dates on the university portal.
