Take the admission only if you are a local of Bharuch.

Placements: No placement is provided by the college. Students have to find the companies by themselves, as well as for internships. Students have to find internships by themselves. The college doesn't provide internships or placements. Especially, since there is no placement in the computer IT field. In other fields, some placements come to the college.

Infrastructure: Here, the best facility which I like personally is the life facility given by the campus. There are 4 labs on the campus. There is one library. All the classrooms have projector facilities so teachers can explain everything easily with the help of the projector.

Faculty: This college is based on GTU, so the external exam is carried out by GTU, which is of 70 marks. The NEET examination is carried out by the college itself, which is of 30 marks. The college also takes a practical viva in the practical examination at the end of the semester.

Other: I chose this course because, when I took the admission, there was a lot of craze for my course. But now, there is a lot of competition in this course. Scholarships are provided by the college to SC/ST students. Sports week is celebrated once a year.

I'm satisfied with the faculty members. There was good infrastructure in 2014 and good facilities.

Placements: There were campus placements here, and many students got selected also. Designation of those jobs would be a trainee or junior developer. The salary package offered during our tenure would be Rs. 60,000 per annum-1.2 lac per annum. Top recruiting companies were CMC, TCS and many local companies from Vadodara, Surat and Ahmedabad.

Infrastructure: Our college is built with good infrastructure. Our classrooms and labs are also designed well, and the canteen was appropriate. The library was good. The hostel facility was good as many of my friends who stayed there had a good experience. They said that the food served was also good, and the room condition was good.

Faculty: Teachers and sirs were helpful, especially all HODs and professors. Their teaching quality was good. As per GTU University's course, students can start their work if they get selected. But sometimes, as you get selected for trainee or fresher level roles, you need to understand some concepts more in-depth.

Other: Information technology is quite an interesting course to be a software developer, so I chose it. Initially, I was unaware of the software of the computer, and new technologies should be introduced in our course.

Our college has good management and provides disciplinary skills.

Placements: In SVMIT college, placements are very low. Top companies do not visit this college for placements. From our class, about 90% of the students get internships in many companies. Computer and IT faculty members are very good, and there are good placements for jobs in these departments. That is a good point of this college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not available in this college. However, labs are good and clean, especially labs of computer, IT and chemical departments. The hostel is not good for students, and Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel. The hostel is not neat and clean, and there is no need for security. There are very congested beds.

Faculty: Our department is good compared to other departments. My course is information technology. In our department, faculty members are good qualified in the course and are knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, and their understanding is also good.

Other: I wish that our college should improve my communication skills. Events and festivals organised here are very good.

The college has teachers with the best teaching quality.

Placements: Almost 40-50% of the students were placed in Surat and Baroda. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Companies like TOPS Technologies and Rishabh Software are the top recruiters of our college. Students are offered with roles like PHP developer and .Net developer. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, the medium salary package offered was 1.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Almost 35% of the students got an internship in Rishabh software, Baroda.

Infrastructure: Our college has a perfect infrastructure to learn and grow. Even labs are well-defined and arranged for practicals for IT and non-IT fields. The library is good enough as it contains enough amount of books for the IT field.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified and have lots of knowledge in their own area as well as in other areas. They are very good and always ready to help and teach in their own area as well as help us to grow. Teaching quality is good enough, and all students can easily understand it. The course can make students ready for an industrial environment but in a limited area.

Other: I have chosen this course because it has growth in IT, and I like coding. The college should make one language as compulsory. Events, fests and campus crowd are good, and scholarships are also provided here.

Review of Shri S’ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology.

Placements: Our seniors got placed in top companies. The average salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are GNFC, Reliance, Shell, etc. Top roles offered are data analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has classrooms, a library, and good labs. There is no canteen on the premises. Wi-Fi facility is not available in our college. The food served in the mess is good. Sports, games, and medical facilities are provided.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful. Some teachers are biased and do not give marks based on performance. It's disheartening to see students who struggle with basic practicals receive good internals while top performers miss out. Some students excel at memorization. They may stumble in applying that knowledge in exams but still receive high marks.

Other: A few events are held in our college.
