The campus is dissatisfied.
Placements: This is the best course, and UG students get a minimum of 80,000. Recruitments happen in top hospitals. Nowadays, this profession is mostly treated as a business. Of course, I prefer business rather than service, but humanitarian grounds should be prioritized when serving patients.
Infrastructure: Hostels life is average with minimum administrative support. Wi-Fi facility is there, but the hostel food is the worst we have experienced. But, the accommodation facilities are better compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The semester exams are good, and the pass percentage is 90%. In medical courses, not everyone can pass. The syllabus is completed on time by the best teachers, and they conduct tests based on the completion of the syllabus. I prefer this campus only for its teaching. The teaching faculty members offer the best quality of education.
Other: There is not much best events are done, and there is no such entertainment on this campus. There are no any kind of cultural events and the worst support from management.

A good college life but I am dissatisfied with the mess food.
Placements: Around 10% of students got internships in the same college. The top role offered is doctors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. We have a college building near to the hospital which makes easy transportation facility. We have a badminton ground. We have a library in our college building. Our college provides separate classrooms for individual batchmates. The hostel is good but the food offered is very bad and is unsatisfactory.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. The course curriculum is very relevant. We are given three internals in a year and 1 final exam, since it's a medical course the question paper is very much difficult. Teachers are the best. They are well-qualified.
Other: I choose this branch because it has very good job satisfaction along with job opportunity and quite good money. Salary in a government sector should me improved in order to achieve good outcome from government sector. We will have graduation every year with sports and extracurricular activities compilation.

Good for academics only.
Placements: Not many patients are seen coming here since it's a private college but the patient flow is still not too low. Not every department here is filled with patients. Clinical exposure is fair. Students are taken to the hospital from the first year as part of the CBME programme in accordance with the ECE program, which is called 'early clinical exposure' to make the students familiar and comfortable with the hospital environment.
Infrastructure: The college campus is well developed with research labs and simulation centers. However, it lacks amenities like Wi-Fi even in the library, except in the digital library, where the computers have access to the internet. The library in SIMS is the central library for the whole Shridevi Group of institutions.
Faculty: The faculty here really just depends on who's teaching. A subject generally has more than 5 faculty members but the quality of teaching depends on their individual selves. SIMS is a great college in terms of academics, as their exams are university-oriented for better prep.
Other: There are very few options for sports for women here. The sports field isn't well developed and the auditorium is too small to accommodate more than 150 students.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 90% of students passed exams and did internships. There will be no placements in the MBBS course.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all facilities for students. All facilities are average compared to other colleges. The food served in the mess is not good. Many students prefer to eat and stay outside of our college.
Faculty: All teachers are doctorates, well-qualified, and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and has improved its clinical knowledge. Internal exams are good and are not difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: There are around 150 students in our batch every year. The hospital patient load is good, and we get a good exposure. The teaching faculty should have been more in number. Our college organises extracurricular activities every year. The patient's input is not good enough compared to other private medical colleges in Karnataka. The administration has to be changed.

Review of Shridevi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Hospital.
Placements: There are average placements. They don't give stipends for interns.
Infrastructure: The main issue is hostels, where no cleanliness is maintained, and the food is subpar. There is a shortage of equipment. There is no ground for any sports activities. The campus has to be developed, especially the hostels.
Faculty: Experienced lecturers are teaching well, but the problem is with tutors, who are still learning to be experienced and efficient. Attendance is a must and should be taken seriously. Tests will be given at regular intervals, and the practicals will go smoothly.
Other: There is no other option when it comes to the medical profession; you have to join the college to which you are allotted.

Good infrastructure, well-qualified faculty members, and a hospital.
Infrastructure: Lecture hall is good. There is a special library for MBBS students with proper facilities and all updated books related to medicine. There is Wi-Fi in the hostel. Evening snacks are also provided. The food schedule is given in advance, either a week or a month prior.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified with all knowledge of integrated clinical teaching. Special focus and time are given to exams. The exam is almost similar to university exams with special focus on every student in practicals. The curriculum is correctly designed with time given to study for exams.
Other: There will be all other extracurricular activities. A special day is dedicated to sports, with a schedule for a month for sports. Fests are held, like fresher’s party and graduation day.

Depends on your rank and counselling. There are 15% seat reserved for out of the state students through all india counselling and rest seats are for state counselling. On an average as a out of the state student the cut off may be upto 600(UR) and for state resident student it is 550(UR).
