You can't pursue MMS with CMAT marks. MH-CET is required for MMS.

Sorry, I don't have any Idea about Sydenham college as such. But as per my knowledge, Sydenham accept scores more than 99% in MAT as it is the top most college. So, there acceptance ratio is also high.

CET or CAT are two different exams. From M.Com to get into MBA, you are required to give CET or CAT. CET is for MMS while CAT is for IIMs in India.
