MBA at SVIMS is a two-year programme designed to equip students to take on leadership roles in an increasingly complex and dynamic global scenario. SVIMS MBA programme offers both Core & dual specialization courses in:
- Core Finance
- Core HR
- Core Marketing
- Marketing & Finance
- Marketing & Human Resource
- Finance & Human Resource
Candidates who have a valid graduation degree and a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation (aggregate minimum 45% for students in the reserved category of Karnataka) are eligible to apply for this programme. MBA admissions in the university take place through the PGCET/CMAT/KMAT exam.
SVIMS MBA Fees 2025
SVIMS MBA semester tuition fee is INR 57,750. Adding other miscellanious fees into the tuition fee makes the semester fees for the course close to INR 82,260. The same fees for management quota students is INR 1.5 lakh or (1.51 lakh for non-Karnataka students).

MBA admission at SVIMS takes place through the PGCET entrance exam. The Karnataka Examination Authority has released the PGCET 2024 exam results. The entrance exam usually happens in July. And registration starts in May.

Step 1: Apply & Appear for PGCET
SVIMS MBA admissions take place through the PGCET exam. The registration process for the PGCET exam 2025 will start in May 2025 and will end in June 2025. Candidates should keep checking the examination website for the latest updates regarding PGCET.
Step 2: Apply for MBA admissions at SVIMS
Once the results of PGCET are announced candidates should apply for PGCET counselling. In the counselling round candidates can apply for MBA admissions at SVIMS.
Step 3: Final document verification & Fee Payment
After the counselling round, candidates can block their seats and apply for admission by visiting the university campus. Final document verifications take place at the university campus in Wadala and are necessary to complete the admission process. Candidates should take hard copies of documents that they submitted in the counselling process. The admissions process is finalised once the candidate pays the semester fees of the institution.
SVIMS MBA Curriculum

The seat intake for MBA at SVIMS is 120 seats. Candidates can take admission either through the PGCET/CMAT/KMAT entrance exam or through the management quota. Seats are first filled through the counselling round at SVIMS and remaining seats are given to candidates from the management quota.
