Design, thinking and revolution.

Placements: Various companies like Aditya Birla Capital, Accenture, Intellect Design, Infosys, People Strong, Cognizant, ABC Consultants, Mahindra Finance, TVS, Schneider, and Axis Bank visited our campus for recruitment. The roles offered were management trainee, consultant, business development manager, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel is located near the college with a convenient bus service which is great for new students. There are different residential societies for those who prefer to rent a flat. Being close to campus makes daily commuting easier and improves the overall experience.

Faculty: SOIL provides interactive, case study-based classes with a focus on design thinking. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, guiding you from the basics of management to being ready for the corporate world.

Other: The Himalayan Retreat, the social innovation program, and the Design Thinking Fest were some of the best memories I made in college.

If you likes design thinking, then welcome to Soil School of business design .

Placements: After an year at the college, all the students got their internships in their summer training programme, students got into IKEA, ICICI, Schneider electric, TVS motors, Corizo edutech etc. College success, after a year of hard work our entire cohort secured internships for the summer training programme. This fantastic achievements is a testament to their dedication and the colleges commitment to career preparation.

Infrastructure: The campus is not that big, but it is very beautiful. With the construction of the new building, there will be more classrooms and labs, and the size of the food court is decent as of now but needs to be increased for sure in the future. Our campus, though cozy, boasts undeniable beauty. While the current size allows for a close-knit feel, a new building is under construction, promising additional classrooms, labs, fun area and much more.

Faculty: The teachers were really helpful at the college, but the fact that the faculty leave very frequently is a negative. The college shines with its incredible faculty. They go the extra mile to support students, making learning a positive experience. However, a downside exist: frequent faculty turnovers.

Absolutely loved the overall experience at SOIL.

Placements: 90% students got placed and skilled. College is helping them to get placed. The lowest is 8 LPA, the highest is 18 LPA, and the average is 9 LPA. Infosys and Accenture are recruiting companies. 100% of students got the internships, mostly in good companies. Analyst, HR, BP, TA, Marketing (sales), and a combination of major domains with analytics.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi works perfectly as soon as you get your student ID, and the library is stocked with all the books ever required. No hostel is available as they have collaborated with a local residential building for hostel accommodation, which you can enroll in, but I suggest you stay in a PG or rent a flat nearby.

Faculty: Faculty is very qualified and very helpful as they are always available to solve any academic problem you have. They have personally helped you to solve your personal problems, with all the industry exposure programs, seminars, and guest sessions. Passing a semester is easy.

Other: I chose this course for faster growth and to be relevant in this fast-paced corporate world. The campus life could be better. Fests and events are managed by the cultural club. Scholarships are available for EWS, army, Kashmir citizens, academically, and in sports as well.
