The information below is the minimum required score for PG Diploma programs at SCTIMST, Trivandrum 2023:
PG Diploma in Cardiac Laboratory Technology: 50% total in a Bachelor of Science degree with Physics as a major or elective.
PG Diploma in Medical Records Science: 50% total from any Bachelor of Science program.
A minimum of 50% of the total points in BSc Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer Science are required for the postgraduate Diploma in neurotechnology.
Depending on the volume of applications and the number of seats available, the cutoff scores may change annually.
AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the information brochure. The question paper pattern comprises details about the mode, medium of the exam, total number of questions asked, type of questions, allotted time, and marking scheme. INI CET exam is held in computer-based mode in English medium. According to INI CET 2025 paper pattern, a total of 200 multiple choice questions are asked and candidates get 3 hours to answer them. Candidates get 1 mark for every right answer while -1/3 for every wrong answer. It must be noted that the official question paper and answer key are not released for INI CET exam.
Candidates who have been allocated a seat in the INI CET counselling process have to submit the following documents (both original and self-attested copies).

- PWD Certificate (if applicable)
SCTIMST Trivandrum cutoff 2025 for the MD and MS courses has been released for the Round 1 for General and OBC AI category candidates. Considering the INI CET Round 1, the cutoff for MD in Transfusion Medicine is 1799 for the General candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff is 2526 for the same course.
