INI CET November 2026 Dates
The AIIMS will release the INI CET 2026 information bulletin around two to three months before the exam date. The INI CET 2026 November exam will be conducted on November 1. The candidates can check the INI CET 2026 dates below:

Yes. AIIMS releases INI CET cut off for different category. Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The qualifying cut off for general category candidate is 50th while for SC/ST/OBC, it is 45th. The cut off score is released for each session of INI CET counselling. Based on the cut off a merit list is released comprising eligible candidates for counselling.
Candidates have to score the minimum marks to qualify for the AIIMS INI CET exam. The minimum marks vary for each category of students in the exam. While the General category candidates have to score minimum 50 percentile to qualify for the exam, those who belong to reserved category need to score 45 percentile marks. Anybody who score less than the minimum cut off will not be able to qualify for the exam. Only candidates who will qualify INI CET 2024 exam with minimum cut off can participate in the counselling for seat allotment.
No. AIIMS doesn't release the official INI CET question paper. However, various coaching centres release question paper along with the answer key right after the exam. INI CET 2026 November Eligibility
INI CET is a gateway to specialisation in the medical field. The minimum education requirement is a BDS or MBBS degree from a recognised institution. Candidates who have completed their MBBS are required to clear the FMGE qualification and get the license of practice from the authorities.

INI CET 2026 November Registration
The INI CET 2026 applications will be filled online only. AIIMS will provide around 20 to 25 days to fill the applications. Registration is the first stage of the application process. The candidates can register with their mobile number and email id. Following this, the INI CET 2026 Application number will be generated.
- After logging in, fill the personal and academic details and submit the application fee.
- AIIMS will also provide the application correction facility to the candidates. The dates
for such a facility will be notified later.
The application fee is a mandatory part of the application.

INI CET 2026 November Preparation Tips
The INI CET exam is conducted to select the candidates for the specialisation courses offered by the Institutes of National Importance. It includes 19 AIIMS, JIPMER, PGI Chandigarh, NIMHANS Bengaluru, SCTIMST, Trivandrum. The exam checks the conceptual clarity about the medical procedures, pre and post-clinical protocols and diagnosis. AIIMS does not prescribe the syllabus in the information bulletin. The candidates must
prepare all the courses of MBBS degree level and some concepts of specialisation too. The syllabus is divided into three parts
- Pre-Clinical Phase,
- Para-Clinical Phase and
- Clinical Phase

INI CET Preparation Tips
The candidates can prepare for the exam by preparing all the topics studied in the MBBS degree. Make a daily timetable and assign daily tangible targets to achieve. This will help the candidates in checking their preparation track daily.
As per the exam experts, Pharmacology, Pathology, and Microbiology carry more weightage in the paper. The candidates are advised to prepare these topics more rigorously.
