Really impressed by the crowd and environment of the college.
Placements: The placement ratio is average. If you score more than 8 CGPA, then you will get a chance for placement. If you are particularly expecting a good placement, then this college is not for you. You will not get a good placement from this college. You have to focus on some other colleges for a good placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good. The air conditioning in the classrooms does not work most of the time. Wi-Fi in the college is also not good. So you have to use personal mobile data. The college has only a girls' hostel, which is nice. The infrastructure is good for the hostel. Especially, the college campus is nice. You can spend your whole day on a massive campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are nice. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Faculty is also very polite and helpful. The semester exams are not so difficult to pass. English Hons. is for those students who are genuinely interested in literature and who want to make a career in literary studies. If you pursue a Master's, then you will definitely get a good job.

Life and overall college experience of SGTBKC- Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.
Placements: The overall placement of the college is decent. Around 3 LPA to 6 LPA is observed for the college's courses. These include economics and some commerce courses. They offer some placement opportunities even outside the college. What I heard is that the maximum package achieved is around 12 to 13 LPA, which is either from the internship or a pre-placement offer. What I think is that the overall placement opportunity is decent if you are in a good course and ready to get involved and train yourself accordingly.
Infrastructure: I say the overall infrastructure of the college is not that great. The last paint was in 2017, and the next paint is in the 2026 summer, so the process of renovation is quite slow at this college. But I think that if you want to just study, you can spend a good 2 to 3 lectures in a classroom. The classroom infrastructure is quite good. They have some capable smart boards and projectors. So it is good, but if you see the overall infrastructure, you can observe the broken walls and all.
Faculty: The faculty I have seen in economics, English honors, and some commerce courses is quite good. The lectures and the Science department are good. If you are looking to study, this could be a good option, but for the placement opportunities aligned with the curriculum, it is not that good. It does not follow the current curriculum, so you have to look into that. But overall, great experience.
Other: The college premises are quite decent. The North Campus vibes and opportunities outside the college to engage and evolve in things socially and personally are pretty much great. The exposure is also quite good.

The college hostel is only for the Sikh students, so that's also a drawback.
Placements: In my course (B.Sc. Physical Science), there are 32 students. Mostly, placements in college are for commerce and arts students. We can get a job or internship if we have skills, like my friends, who are graphic designers. In a science course, we have to do post-graduation to get a better opportunity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. The old building has some issues, but the science block is good. Hostels are only for the Sikh minority students, so there is no hostel for other students. The canteen is average, but in front of our college, there is the Mansarover canteen, which is famous on the North campus.
Faculty: Professors are highly educated and experienced. Semester exams are very easy, and mostly PYQs are repeated in every course. Seniors of our college are very cooperative, and they help juniors with semester exams and provide all PYQs topic-wise. If students learn some other skills in our college, then that will help them to find internships very easily.
Other: Our college is expensive compared to other DU colleges, but we have AC classrooms. It has a pretty big ground. Scholarships are there for students who are eligible for them. Sports of our college are the best on the North campus.

Wonderful memories of my academic life due to eminent faculty members and good environment.
Placements: Placement cell of this college was very active, and they used to invite established MNCs for placement. You will get a chance to do an internship. You could manage your expenses on your own. They used to organise talks by the eminent personalities who grew up in their own field.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were top-notch. Even one of the best hostels in Delhi University. It provided comfortable stay with prominent facilities, new infrastructure, and many more. Green area was also established for refreshing your mind after the hectic lectures. Even food mess facilities were also there.
Faculty: Personally, I believe the faculty members of this college were very underrated but you will get a chance to learn from them. The best minds of the country had expertise in their own subjects. If we talk about the relevance of the course that after your completion, you will find yourself as a new person who will be visionary and skillful.
Other: There were best and active societies so you could explore yourself apart from academics. They used to organise annual fest named Lashkara.

Student viewpoint on Khalsa College.
Placements: The college has a good placement cell. The interesting part is that big companies like KPMG, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Chegg, NoBroker.com, etc., have hired students from our college for internships and placements (jobs). The highest package goes up to 30 LPA.
Infrastructure: Each classroom has air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is also available to the students. The buildings are a bit old, but they are currently being renovated. The girls' hostel is newly built and has all the required facilities, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The entry gate closes at 7 p.m. The college also has a lawn tennis court, a Gurudwara, a large ground, a gym, a canteen, a basketball court, a football ground, and more.
Faculty: Teaching faculty is very nice. They are always ready to clear our doubts. The only issue is that there are lots of assignments and projects to be submitted every semester. It would be right to say that the semester exams are a bit tough, but slowly we can get the hang of it.
Other: The courses are nice and the faculty is also good, but I don't understand the purpose of subjects like AEC, VAC, and SEC. They don't make any sense, as we won't be able to use them in the future. Actually, at present, it is just like a time-pass learning.

SGTB Khalsa College offers BSc Honors in Mathematics for a duration of 3 years. The college has not specified a minimum aggregate in Class 12 for admission to the course. In order to secure admission to the programme, candidates must appear for CUET UG and clear the cutoff for the same.

SGTB Khalsa College accepts admission only on the basis of CUET UG and CUET PG. The college does not accept any other entrance exam scores. Admissions are completely based on the merit obtained in these entrance exams. However, UG and PG Diploma courses do not require an entrance exam for admission.
