The placements are just mediocre as the placement department works really hard to get the students placed but they fail to improve the students' "employability".

Excellent college, students have a good future in the college.
Placements: 95% students are placed in my course. The highest package is likely to be 55 LPA for my course, the average package is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is above 7 LPA. The top recruiting company for my course is Capgemini. 85% students got internships in the same company, Capgemini. The top roles offered in my course are Software Developer.
Infrastructure: For CSE, we have Wi-Fi facilities in all labs. We have nearly 10 labs specially for CSE, and good library facilities are also available online, to get books anywhere. The hostel facilities are good. Some of my hostel friends told me that there are some drinking water issues, but other things are good. Our college has a food court on campus, and the food is good, no complaints. Our college trustee has their own hospital, so the medical facilities are good in our college, and sports and games are good.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college and in our course are well-experienced and qualified, so the teaching quality is also better in our college. Our college is an autonomous college, so they update this syllabus every 4 years. The latest syllabus update was done in 2025. Semester exams are not too tough, and they are manageable, and the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in computer Science, so I preferred this course. My course is the easiest course in engineering, so I think I could survive better in it. Our college hosts many events, including the first standard campus road, and there is more connectivity between the past alumni. Our college also provides government scholarships for specific students. Our college is also connected with NPTEL, which gives online courses as certification courses in our course. Our college hosts more hackathons and connects with other college hackathons, so extracurricular activities are also good on our college campus.

Review of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.
Placements: They provide more placements for IT. For core branches, it is less compared to other departments. They give placement classes in the 3rd year, but we need to pay for them. They also offer certificate courses with lower fees compared to other institutions. It is good for IT students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure looks like an old building, but construction work is going on. They are now constructing a new lift in the college. The CS department looks good. The seminar hall has AC. Classrooms have projectors with speakers. They provide wooden desks for sitting.
Faculty: Compared to other colleges, our college has fewer exams as it is autonomous. Faculty members are all good.
Other: There are fewer cultural activities, and it is best for toppers. They also offer scholarships. For the management quota, the fee is Rs. 1,65,000 per year. For the government quota, it is Rs. 80,000 per year. Hostel fees come to around Rs. 85,000 per academic year. An international hostel is also available.

Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College is the best engineering college.
Placements: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College is one of the best engineering colleges. This college has the best placement training team. So they brought more reputable companies for the college campus interviews. Example Tata Motors, TVS, Ashok Leyland, TCS, Wipro, these companies visit this college campus for interviews for recruitment. The highest Salary package is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA. 95 percent of students got placed in reputed companies.
Infrastructure: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College's infrastructure facilities are excellent. This college has high-tech modern laboratories. More spacious classrooms. A good library facility is also available at this college. This college provides good hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel food quality is very hygienic. Some sports ground facilities are also available in this college.
Faculty: Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College professors are more knowledgeable and experienced professionals in teaching. They are conducting more practical-oriented classes. So all students easily understand the lessons. Our department staff conduct more industry visit events every year. So more than 90 percent of students passed in all exams.
Other: I am choosing the mechanical engineering course at this college. This college has good transportation facilities. This college management conducts more sports events every year. Overall, one of the best engineering colleges.

This college is the safest plan B for any student.
Placements: 75% of students got placed. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA. Capgemini, Accenture, and TCS are the top recruiting companies, but getting a placement is easy. However, the company has told the students that they are not capable enough, and more than 60% of students have been fired within one year.
Infrastructure: The library is good. Wi-Fi is provided at selected locations. The hostel is below average with very high fees. Facilities like mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are good, but you need to find time to utilize these facilities, and the gym is also available, but the equipment is very average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and the course curriculum is relevant, but we should be selecting good teachers. Semester exams are good, but we have to study to pass, otherwise, you can fail. Some teachers may have some issues with you.
