M.Com. in Finance - Batch of 2024
4.4
4Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Above average college for M.Com in Finance.
Placements: Students' placements are determined by the course they select. Numerous businesses provide placements to students at my college. Since there are three primary courses in my course, there are more possibilities and several placement opportunities. Many courses also offer internship programs, which offer fresh experiences and opportunities. Students' placements are determined by their grades and performance.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is good. The campus is kept up nicely and is clean. The site has labs, a library, classrooms, a canteen, dorms, and restrooms. Additionally, there are dustbins for paper, food, and plastic garbage. In addition, our college has a restaurant and a stationery store. The food at the canteen is very good. Smart boards are available in every classroom, which facilitates learning. Our college has a large number of halls with clean restrooms.
Faculty: The instructors have extensive training and expertise. They are incredibly helpful to us in both our extracurricular and academic endeavors. We can better prepare for our tests because our teachers give us study guides and notes. They urge us to take part in all of the events. Exams are administered promptly and on a regular basis. Both internal and semester exams are available. The students determined the pass rate, and the question papers are not particularly difficult.

M.Com. in Finance - Batch of 2023

Overall, best college for M.Com. in finance course.
Placements: Placement was good on campus in 2022 but after that, placement was not so good. Most students did higher degrees instead of jobs. But the students who got the place had a package of 18 LPA, and the highest one was 23 LPA. Companies that visited here were SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc., for recruitment. Top roles offered were investment banker, accountant, etc. Many students found their internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. So, they were equipped with many amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, and labs equipped with almost all kinds of equipment. Classrooms were well-equipped and fully air-conditioned. Library was totally disciplined. Mess facilities were not very good, but it was normal. But in terms of sports and cultural activities, the hostel helps us grow.
Faculty: Teachers help you a lot during your two-year M.Com. They guide you in the right direction to reach your goals. The curriculum was designed to focus primarily on skill development and personality development, not just academics. Semester exams were not that hard, and the pass rate was over 72%.

Happy and satisfied with my experience in the college, good infrastructure and learning experience.
Placements: The total number of students for BA English is less. The placements and internships for our course are very few. Even when given the opportunity, it doesn't provide good postings. A few students only apply and accept internships from our class. The companies that offer internships are not much popular as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of classrooms and libraries is very good. Resourceful books are available in the library. There's a canteen and a cafe inside campus and the food quality is good; they maintain cleanliness. As a day scholar, I'm not much aware of hostel facilities; however, from what my friends have told me, they are satisfied with their experience.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and experienced in their fields. They help students; they are friendly and approachable. Exam structure is easy and exams are conducted on time every year. This course is easy and an average student can ace it with minimum effort. However, the course is not career-oriented.

Great college for a great amount that you spend.
Placements: Our college has a good history when it comes to placement, especially in our BBA department. So many different companies have given opportunities to students to apply for placements. Those who finish graduation without any supplies can easily get a placement if they want. But at least 40% of the students won't take the opportunity because of personal reasons. Those who take the opportunity will go through a process, like interviews and some other sessions. Top recruiting companies are Phifer, TATA, Oyo, Kannan Dean, Gokulam, etc. Even before getting a placement, some students get internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our department has so much good infrastructure. The college has Wi-Fi, but I don't know if all the students can use it. Classrooms are well developed with great smart TVs and everything to help us learn better. The college has a big library for all the students and teachers, which offers a wide variety of books and other things that we need. Now let's talk about the hostel. The hostel quality is so good that my friends who stay there said they're happy. Great food and great rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are the best, especially the BBA department faculty members. Even if we compare all the other departments with BBA, we will win easily. We have two Ph.D. graduates and an MBA graduate as tutors teaching us. Those who want to learn more about business and administrative things can easily take a BBA as their bachelor's degree. We get semester exams so quickly compared to other non-autonomous colleges; each month, we have an internal exam too for the internal marks. Exams are not too difficult. Faculty members will help you learn very well before the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn more about business. Learning more about how businesses work in our world and learning about marketing and sales are two of my favorite things in this course. I wish some papers were more specific about the topic. The college hosts lots of events, like movie promotions, college fests, Union Day, and other top celebrations. Especially Christmas—that's the best celebration in college and, of course, cultural things and sports: athletics, football, basketball, badminton, boxing, and all the other main items.

Overall, the best college for M.Com. in the finance course.
Placements: In our college, almost 78% of my senior students got placed. Salaries average 16 million a year. HDFC Bank, Alibaba, Nestle, etc., are the companies that have visited the college and provided services to the students. The company provides the services to Tax Consultant, Treasurer, etc. The recruited 75% students got their internships.
Infrastructure: The college facilities are good. Labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, good library, and everything is there. Sports facilities are offered in the college as well as in the hostels. Hostel accommodation is adequate with two rooms. The violence is manipulative. I didn't encountered any issues with the infrastructure in my station.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and helpful. They are well-qualified and hardworking in their jobs. Their teaching quality is also good. This syllabus is ideal for students interested in studying for the relatively easy Master of Commerce Semester exam; if you study well, then no problem. About 45% of students have passed.

It is really good for studying well and graduating.
Placements: 42% of students got placed in my course. There were two packages, one for aided seats and another for self-financing seats, which cost Rs.22,000 per semester. 95% of students got internships in my course, including roles in software development, web development, game development, etc.
Infrastructure: In my department/college, there was a wide space for the library, as well as a well-maintained lab with 25 computers for the practical section. The college provided peaceful classrooms and also had a large canteen, along with a cool drink and tea, snacks café there.
Faculty: The college provided good and well-educated professional teachers. They were really impressive and had excellent teaching quality. St. Albert's College is an autonomous college, so exams were under the control of the college management. They were a little bit difficult, but we could easily pass if we studied properly.
