Resource Management and Interior Designing programme pursue careers as interior designers, set designers, design consultants, project managers, corporate interior designers, furniture designers, etc. The starting salary package for this course is approximately 9 LPA.

Infrastructure: St. Teresa's College boasts a well-maintained campus. The hostel area comprises three buildings - two for male students and one for female students, with each facility capable of housing around 150 residents. Also, our college conducts " Annual Recitation and Arts Competition "every year to engage students in extracurricular activities.

Faculty: All the faculty members of our college are highly dedicated to their teaching. The M.Sc. The Resource Management and Interior Designing course spans two years and is divided into four semesters. To qualify for the examinations, students must maintain at least 77% attendance. The passing mark is 70%, and approximately 88% of students pass the exams annually.

It is the best college in Ernakulam city.

Placements: There are no assured placements. The college has a placement cell that provides details about the vacancies, placement drives, job fairs, etc. They also conduct placement drives at the college. The placement cell has a WhatsApp group that gives regular updates about the upcoming drives and interviews.

Infrastructure: Our department provides labs for textiles, food science, and also interior design. Classrooms are well spaced, ventilated, and lighted with digital classroom facilities. A library is provided for the students of our block. The college hostel has a good infrastructure. The cafeteria provides good food.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and have good knowledge of the subjects. They are very supportive and help us in every way possible. They are also loving. The course curriculum is relevant but every topic is provided in a nutshell, which gives us less opportunity to explore more about that particular topic. Semester exams are moderately difficult and are conducted according to the pattern provided in the syllabus.
