Great campus, great faculty, enjoyable atmosphere, and great career ahead .

Placements: My batch of students have been paced to save college for a paid internship. As a government college for one year, you get INR 12000 per month and after that, my batch mates and seniors got a chance in the teaching career with a package of INR 10 LPA as a fresher as a starting salary.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, college buildings are well developed with all the facility mess and canteen food is average. OPD is well-run, with hundreds of patients visiting daily, providing ample opportunity for learning and practice. Sports and cultural activities are also included in the biggest cultural programme on April 10th, celebrated as Hahnemann Day. The celebration starts on April 1st, which includes sporting cultural activities.

Faculty: The faculty is very supportive; the surgery teacher and physiology professor have way better teaching methods. I personally like them; other faculty are also good, apart from some of them, which is normal. Lab facility and practical great understanding in learning. Passing exams is not very difficult here; previous-year questions also help in passing the exams. Pass% here is 50% (you have to pass in both theory and practical), with 50% in each subject.

Other: BHMS is the best path in the medical field; opting for it as a career gives you a good chance to heal the suffering of patients and Gorakhpur Homoeopathic College will serve your purpose in studies and sports with cultural activities in your overall development.

Candidate shall have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and shall have obtained mentioned percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the ‘National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test’. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Result awaited candidates can also apply however such candidates does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling.
