Review of Sukanta Mahavidyalaya.

Placements: Honesty speaking, our institute is not very strong till now in the field of placements of the students, but surely I hope it will soon make itself strong in this field of placements and also in the internships. But students do internships in many places.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our Sukanta College was good. All resources were well managed and utilised by everyone. Wi-Fi was available for students within the range of campus. Laboratories were good and classrooms were maintained well. It also provided a well-stocked library. The hostel facility was available. 2 Girls hostel and 1 boys hostel are here. The food quality is good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was excellent. Our course curriculum was relevant but needs some upgrades in the subject. It did not make students industry-ready. Semester exams were medium and anyone could pass with everyday preparation. The passing percentage was 78%.

Sukanta Mahavidyalaya is the best college in North Bengal because the infrastructure is good.

Placements: About 85% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 1,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 3,000 per month. About 25% of students from our course got an internship. Sukanta Mahavidyalaya is a general degree college under North Bengal University. Our college has offered only arts and commerce subjects, and science honours subject is also added yet. Like other general degree colleges, our college does not have a placement cell. Most importantly, there are only UG courses.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are not available in the college. Classrooms are very clean here, and the library is available. Hostel, mess, games, sports, and medical facilities are available. There is an NSS service in the college. The canteen is very good, and the price is very low. The menu is very short, and the quality of the food served is so much good.

Faculty: Our history teacher is very helpful, but other teachers are not helpful. They give us a positive response, and I think their teaching quality is very good. This course curriculum is relevant. Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. The syllabus should be completed as it is necessary, but most of the teachers do not complete it, which is a disappointing thing. Notes provided in offline classes are not good. Teachers can help students more.

Other: Sukanta Mahavidyalaya is a very underrated college. I like our college more than the schools where I have studied. The atmosphere is very good. I have chosen this course because it is an interesting and peaceful course. I am in the final year of my course, and I am cherishing college life. All my batchmates, seniors and juniors are lovable. Studying this course at this college is worth it.
