Everything in this college is not good, and I would not recommend you to join here.
Placements: This institute has low placements compared to other colleges. There are no proper placements for the mechanical department. CSE has a lot of scopes here.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel. There are no sports facilities. There are no proper projects. Recently, they started a hostel for only girls. There is no team for sports. There is no coach.
Faculty: Teachers are not up to the mark. They don't explain things properly. They don't have good knowledge of the subjects. If we ask for something, they will not explain it. Their educational backgrounds are not good. The college pays very little attention.

Placements: Around 60% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Cognizant, Infosys, and Wipro are the top recruiting companies. There are many roles in this course.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in this college. Water and washrooms are good. The electricity facility is very good. Our college has free broadband and Wi-Fi with good internet speed. Laboratories are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, friendly, and easily adaptable. We can discuss many topics regarding our future and those topics in our books. The teaching quality is good. They also provide in-depth knowledge. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my passion and my father is also a mechanical engineer. Events are also conducted in this college.

Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are quite good. Water facilities, washrooms and electricity supply are very good in our college. Our college has free broadband Wi-Fi with good internet speed. Labs are quite good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, friendly, and easily adaptable. We can discuss our future as well as topics in our books. Their teaching quality is quite good. They give us sufficient information and knowledge. The pass percentage is about 80%.
Other: I chose this course as I am familiar with it and passionate about mechanical engineering, and my father is also a mechanical engineer. Events held in our college are very good.

I am satisfied because of good faculty members, facilities, infrastructure, etc.
Placements: About 25% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered here varies from 1.2 LPA to 3.5 LPA. NFTDC, Tata Motors, TCS, etc., are the top recruiters for our course. Assistant engineer, project associate, etc., are the top roles offered in our course. Almost 100% of the students got internships. Kothagudem Thermal Power Station, Bharath Heavy Electrical Limited, Tata Motors, National Thermal Power Corporation, etc., offer internships here.
Infrastructure: Classrooms here are spacious with good lighting and ambience. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. Labs are equipped well with all the experimental equipment and machines, including lathes, etc. The library is the best compared to the libraries nearby. There is no hostel facility, but the canteen is spacious and serves good quality and taste food. Our college is located near a hospital, which can be used for medical problems. Our college consists of cricket nets, TT, volleyball courts, etc., along with trainers as well.
Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified, and they help in every possible way to get a better understanding of students with the concepts they are explaining. The course curriculum doesn't certainly make students industry-ready because we are learning the books which may be base for subjects but not the technology used in these days.
Other: Mechanical engineering is one of the best and toughest courses which makes a more competitive career. I wish that our college should provide practical knowledge. Events organised here are the best among the colleges which are available nearby.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed from our college placements, but call letters are not given for some of the students. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3 LPA and average salary offered is Rs.15,000 per month. Internship for our course has very good opportunities in college. The college deals with some companies for internship programs for the students.
Infrastructure: In our college, Labs are good for the mechanical course. All equipment is advanced. Library in our college is one of the best places, and we have a 15,000 volume of books. Wi-Fi facilities are available but not for students. Mobile phones are not allowed in college for students. We don't have a hostel in college. There is one canteen in the college, the food served was very good, but prices are a little bit high in the college canteen. The playground is also there in college. We play in free hours. For medical facilities, we only have first aid in college.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are well knowledgeable and very experienced. Some of the lecturers have PhD's, and some have M.Tech. The mechanical course has a very good curriculum, and it makes students stress-less understanding of concepts. Now we have a good knowledge of our subjects. Mechanical engineers have very good opportunities also.
Other: From my childhood, I was interested in engines and motors. So, I chose mechanical, and this course was very interesting to me. The college needs to do national level fests and there should be visiting more industries. Every year we do fests, freshers and farewell. The college needs to introduce NSS and NCC. Convener quota occupies most of the seats, and some seats are filled by management. Scholarships are provided for those students who joined by convener quota.

You can join this college if there is no good college in your surroundings.
Placements: The college doesn't provide placement opportunities for mechanical and civil branches. Only 3 companies visited the campus to hire the students of CSE, ECE, IT and EEE branches. Mechanical and civil branch students also opted for software jobs. But most of the jobs were offered to the students of ECE, CSE, IT and EEE departments. If you want a core job, you have to search on your own.
Infrastructure: The college provided only basic facilities. Some facilities were missing during my tenure. The college has an ordinary infrastructure. Only ECE, CSE, IT, and EEE branches have good infrastructure. We cannot expect a good infrastructure from this college.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are not knowledgeable regarding any subject of the mechanical branch. Our senior students taught us some subjects during our engineering. The quality of teaching is average. If any doubt raised, it will be solved in the next class as they have to work on that query.
Other: Every year, the college organises cultural fest, college fest and departmental fest. The college also organises cultural events every year.

Student review on sbist college khammam.
Placements: Placements are good for ECE, CSE, EEE students. But for MECHANICAL and CIVIL there are no placements based on their platform. But the management is trying their level best to bring different types of companies to provide students with campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: The lab facilities for mechanical are very good and classrooms are good some are equipped with projectors, seminar halls are also the best but coming to sports there is no better equipment there is also no play ground, vehicle parking is available and security is good.
Faculty: There is senior most faculty and well teaching staff, the management is very good but the lab facilities are not upto the mark. Coming to the curriculum it is as follows as jntu standards but the way of following is bit different. Overall its a mix of pros and cons.
Other: Fests are well organized, Campus surroundings are nothing but Greenery, Scholarship provided for EBC and BC. Very poor management in extra curricular activities.
