SXILL admission is merit-based. The institute offers courses at UG, PG and Certificate levels. Selection to the offered programmes is entirely based on the academic score of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. To secure admission at SXILL, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. The application process at SXILL is conducted online. SXILL Certificate Admission 2025

8 courses 4 - 16 months

The Certificate at SXILL is a 4 - 16 months programme offered to the students in the field of Design and Arts ( Fine / Visual / Performing ). Students can choose from 2 specialisations such as Game Design and UI / UX among others. To complete the SXILL admission process for the 2025 batch, selected candidates must pay the applicable course fee of INR 70,000 - 2,60,000.

SXILL B.Sc. Admission 2025

2 courses 3 years

SXILL B.Sc. is a 3 years programme offered to the candidates interested in the field of Animation and Mass Communication and Media. The admission process for SXILL requires candidates to appear for entrance exam, namely CBSE 12th. The final selection for admission to the SXILL B.Sc. programme is based on the candidate's performance in the mentioned exams. Check below the eligibility for SXILL B.Sc.:

SXILL M.Sc. Admission 2025

Candidates are shortlisted for the M.Sc. programme based on their performance in the entrance exam. Candidates who qualify in the admission process are eligible to secure their seat in the 2 years programme.

Faculty members here are very polite and professional. Infrastructure is very good.

Placements: Currently, we are studying and the course will complete in 2022, hence cannot say the percentage of placement as of now. The highest salary package is 30000, the lowest is 10000 and the average salary is 20000-25000. It also depends on the work portfolio. Recruiting companies as informed are Maya digital, Green Gold, Technicolor, etc. There are also many companies ahead. Our course is still going on so can't say about per cent of internship now. The top roles offered in our course is 3D Modeler, Texturing Artist, Rigger or 3D Animator. The role of 3D artist also carries the same qualities at one spot.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available here but not for students. LAN cable is available for students who need internet in the lab. The classroom is full equipped with necessary equipment like a webcam, big screen, whiteboard for drawing or expressing ideas. Speakers, mic and webcam are available in class. In the library, there are many books related to our course and also for personal management.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified to understand our query. They are also good to express their views to answer the query. Teaching quality is very good as theory and practical. The course curriculum is relevant to the study, the projects and tasks given in the class help to increase knowledge and make better understanding towards tool handling and understand the concepts for our work, which make us industry-ready. Sometimes questions are easy, but there is also some practical test which is good to show our skills.

Other: Because I like animation, and it is very interesting to show our skills in animation. The best thing about the course is that we do theory and practical parallel which give us a better understanding. I think there is no improvement needed just need to increase some more days for project submission. Every event and fest are conducting well. I took part in many events here. The campus crowd is good. Campus surroundings are very natural and good for art lovers. Sometimes projects were given to us to shoot multiple camera angles and make a video of it.

College was absolutely satisfied because of faculty and placements.

Placements: Currently, we are studying. The highest package is 30000, the lowest package is 10000 and the average package is Rs 20000-25000. Greengold, Digitoons, Mayadigital, etc. visited for placements. As we are studying so there is no internship yet.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are available for our courses. Labs, classrooms, library and personal management books. All courses books are available. The chroma room was provided to us for shoots.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was wonderful as they teach more to us which can easily understand by each and every student. This course curriculum was relevant as they make the students ready for the industry level.

Best Institute for game and concept art.

Placements: Almost all of my classmates were placed in top companies across the world. The students got placed in top companies such as KRU Malaysia, Xentrix studio, Prana Studio, MEL, Lakshya Digital, Digitoons and many others. The starting salaries offered at that time was between 20,000 but most of them are earning more than 50K per month.

Infrastructure: Sxill facilitate its students with all the necessary equipments. The institute has a 3D printer, 360 camera, VR headset, A huge chroma room, Well maintained library, The Lab has xeon machines which can handle any type of heavy tasks like rendering and other 3D tasks.

Faculty: Sxill has best team. There are highly qualified and experienced teachers that are really helpful, they were always present for us whenever we needed them. They find the most creative methods to teach and explain difficult concepts. The Game Design course specialised course in Modelling, Texturing, lighting and rendering with all the latest tools available in industry.

I had a wonderful time learning here. Good place to learn animation skill.

Placements: Strong placements. They have connections in the industry which help students to get good placement in good companies. Few of my friends got job in IT park, few got inducted in company in Bangalore. I settled with 3D animation as my specialisation as this was my dream.

Infrastructure: Huge lab where the students can sit and work. Lots of space outside where we used to work in open and enjoy the nature. Classrooms had large LED TVs. All PCs in the lab were connected to the internet for us to study references or to create an idea from scratch.

Faculty: All faculty had industry experience. They helped us to mentor in our portfolio. Every assignment was checked thoroughly and a feedback was provided everytime. Every course end submission had a compulsion to be checked and pass through an external mentor from the industry.

Overall a nice experience and a must place to learn industry skill.

Placements: The school has deep links rooted in the industry and hence placements is a feather in their cap. All my batch mates got placed in multinationals locally as well in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad and ofcourse few went on to become entrepreneurs.

Infrastructure: Huge space in practice lab where you can sit whole day to work. Also large open space around to relax, take a walk, sit outside where they have the history of animation painted on the walls. Library has some rare foreign author books regarding the professional subjects.

Faculty: All faculty in the school are from the industry and hence are having industry experience which makes it unique to learn from them. They also mentor you besides regular skill training to make your every assignment meet industry standard. They also encourage and support us to participate in national and international competitions.

Glad that I chose Sxill for my career.

Placements: I just passed out from Sxill. The college provides good placements. Due to COVID a lot of colleges were unable to provide job opportunities but Sxill gave me a lot of job options to choose from. However, I chose to be on my own as the skills imparted by them made me self reliant and I started earning from my design skills during my course itself.

Infrastructure: The college has an excellent infrastructure that aids learning and motivates you to excel. They do not have hostel facility but helped me find a good PG. This was a great help. They have a huge area, I think its the biggest facility in entire North India, with separate practice areas, well-equipped huge VFX and film making facility, state of the art machines and legal software.

Faculty: Faculty was the industry experts in second term of my course. They gave good insight and made us job-ready within 2 months of the course. The curriculum is well crafted and is flexible and we can make our own curriculum as per our aptitude. There is no rigidity, no compulsions ad we can choose the track we want and excel in that with the support of industry mentors.
