Admission Process at SCMHRD: SCMHRD follows a rigorous selection process for its MBA program. The admission process consists of the following stages:

    1. Entrance Exam: Candidates need to appear for a national-level management entrance exam such as CAT (Common Admission Test), SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test), or GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test). The score obtained in any of these exams is considered for shortlisting.

It is the best and emerging college for management courses.
Placements: An average of 85% of the students of the final year got placed. It is a very good college to sharpen our skills, and the remaining placement cell will handle. They provide you with some best internship opportunities in the corporate sector if you sincerely do your work. Average faculty, average placements and average infrastructure.
Placements: Top recruiters are Godrej, HUL, ITC followed by number of dream companies like EY, KPMG, PWC, Delloite, HSBC, Aditya Birla group, Reliance etc. However placements are too subjective, if company come switch its own shortlisted students list then it's good and if not then the shortlisting can really be biased. It will be tough time for the students who do not network and work in silos.
Infrastructure: College and classrooms has Wi-Fi, library has good collection, hostel rooms have LAN connection and rooms are clean. Not satisfied with the food and mess facility, medical facility aren't at par, good sports activities. Campus area is too short but sufficient for all your needs. It has a juice shop, Xerox centre, Daily needs shop, Canteen and "urban karta" food counter.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and the teaching is good as well. Depends upon students how they utilise the availability of teachers. However the course structure is not at par. The course is more of traditional pattern. The generation requires disruptive pattern, more interactive and more challenging.

Placements: 1. Approximately 80% of the students were placed 2. 38 Lacs, 15Lakhs, 9Lakhs were the CTC offered. 3. Godrej, reliance, L'Oreal, visit for campus recruitment. 4. Sales manager, marketing trainee were the roles offered. The initial position offered is of a trainee and after the probation period the designation is given. Reliance were few of the many companies which had come to campus.
Infrastructure: 1. The facilities and infrastructure available are pretty decent. Wi-Fi is an issue at times but when talking about the classrooms and library, they are well maintained and comfortable. The labs too have sufficient number of computers which function well 2. Medical, sports and games facilities are good. The hostel and food facilities can improve.
Faculty: Few teachers weren't as par to what expected. However few faculty members did rise above the expectations 2. The course is pretty much related and it does make the study industry ready. There is always scope for improvement. There must be certain subjects removed and certain added.
Other: 1. I choose my course out of interest. I would get to travel, meet different people, use my interest and add benefit to my career 2. There must be more live case scenarios and practical examples or projects given which adds benefit.
