Really good college and placement cell is also good.
Placements: Most of the students from the computer branch are placed in college. But the placement cell is good, and they are trying to place as many students as possible. From our department, only a few students were placed last year. But the overall placement activities are very good in college.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi in the library for study. Labs are good, but some class work is in progress now. For sports, the college has turf. The sports event is fun for students. I have no idea about the hostel, but the distance of the hostel from the college is very short, so it can be good for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our department. We can discuss any problem with our HOD, and they try to solve every problem. The pass percentage is good, and sometimes it is difficult, but sometimes it is easy to pass the exam. Teachers help us before the exam.
Other: I chose this course because of the CET percentile. I have a low percentile, so I have failed to get into the computer and IT department. But now I am happy to get this course.

Faculty is not good and supportive of students, and placements are not that good.
Placements: 30% are placed. 10 LPA is the highest package, 7 LPA is the average, and 2.5 LPA is the lowest. Deloitte, SBI Fintelix recruit. College does not provide an internship, and it also does not support the students in getting an internship. College has so many rules, and they have so much paperwork for an internship. No idea about top roles.
Infrastructure: 3/4 PCs are not working in the lab. I don't live in a hostel, but my friend told me that they don't get hygienic food, which is not good to eat. Also, to play sports, they have so many rules, and for that, they charge a fee, but students didn't get to play.
Faculty: Teachers are not at all helpful, they are also not supportive of students in an internship. They are knowledgeable but don't know how to teach students. The syllabus in some subjects is old. It does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult, 70% students pass the exam.

Good college, decent placement, good faculty, but the syllabus is outdated.
Placements: 60% get placed in decent companies. The highest placement was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2.9 LPA. The average placement is about 3 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Mahindra and Mahindra, Godrej, etc. There is no internship program. Software development, DevOps, and analysis are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the lab and library. The classroom is okay and decent, but not that comfortable. As a day scholar, I don't know the hostel. The canteen is decent, and the turf is good, but they give free passes to play very few times. Turf without a pass is paid.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They understand their subjects well and provide some guidance. The curriculum is not that relevant. It is outdated, with very little industrial experience and knowledge. The semester is not that difficult. The subjects are of good interest, but the 1st year was really hectic as a post-Corona batch, which made it very different to cope with the syllabus.
Other: At this percentage, I got CS, which is decent for me, and it is near the station, so travelling is less.

Satisfied because of faculty and good placements. Overall, it is good but not the best, obviously.
Placements: 50% of students get placed honestly. The lowest package is 1.8 LPA and the highest is 13 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, Deloitte, and TCS. Almost everyone does free internships, but very few get paid ones. All roles for every branch are offered, including CS, IT, EXTC, AIDS, Mechanical, and a new branch called Designing, which is trending and getting a good response.
Infrastructure: All facilities are provided which should be present in an ideal college. The quality of the hostel is average and decent. The hostel is not worth the money. The food is not worth the money at all, as the hostel mess costs nearly lakhs but the food quality is poor.
Faculty: Few teachers are not that good, but faculty is mostly qualified, with many holding Ph.D. degrees. The curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready if they put in effort. Obviously, we cannot solely depend on teachers. We must study ourselves as well.
Other: It is one of the better colleges in Navi Mumbai compared to other colleges. .

A good college with decent placements.
Placements: In our college, specifically in my course, around 70–80% of students are placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.8 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Capgemini. Roles offered are Software Developer, Analyst, and Power BI.
Infrastructure: We have ACs in our labs and projectors in all our classes. The library is fully air-conditioned and has more than 3,000 books. We also have an Apple lab. I live in the hostel, which is on campus. We have two or three sharing rooms, and it is cleaned every alternate day.
Faculty: We have well-experienced teachers who are very helpful. Our semester exams are moderate, and anyone who concentrates in class can easily pass. All the subjects taught are helpful during placements and interviews. We have two unit tests every semester of 20 marks each, and from the second year onwards, we have mini projects.
Other: I chose Computer Engineering because it is in demand in today’s market, and I am keen to learn. We also have cultural fests, inter-college fests, and technical fests.

Decent faculty support, average facilities, manageable academics, but needs stronger industry focus.
Placements: Hi, I’m Ritvik from Terna Engineering College. Placements were very good in this college before 2015, but now the placements are not as good. Not many students get placed, and most of the students are still not placed.
Infrastructure: The college has a hostel, a turf, a canteen, and a campus. They have not upgraded the infrastructure in years. Bamboo boards have been there for 1.5 years, and they don't provide passes for playing regularly. Most of the time, we need to pay for playing, but the campus is quite big.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, while others don't seem to be very experienced. Exams are conducted well. College exams and university papers are organized properly. If you study the important topics, the semester exams are easy. Most students pass the exams, but some get a KT.
Other: Events and fests are organized very well here. Most of the festivals are celebrated grandly.
