XIMI MCA scholarships are mainly divided in two categories. The institute provides scholarships at the time of admissions and during the course.

1: The XIMI scholarships offered at the time of admissions are applicable on the first year tuition fee. They are based on merit score and sports performance of students. Other than this, students also receive a Xavierite scholarship & fee concession by the institute. Mentioned below are the details of scholarships offered to students at the time of admissions:

2: Scholarships offered during the course

The institute offers four types of scholarships to students during the course. Students from all disciplines are eligible for the same. The value of scholarships depends on the programme level, duration and any other specific requirements. The scholarship duration can be minimum of one semester (6 months) and maximum of two years (24 months). However, summers breaks or semesters where full-time study is not mandatory are not covered in the duration. Mentioned below are the details of different scholarships:

Merit-based Scholarship: It is provided to students with strong academic performance in internal assessment and RTU main examinations. Toppers of every batch are selected for the same. Students may receive up to 50% of the tuition fee of a year as a scholarship amount.

Sports Scholarships: These scholarships are offered to National and International level sports players. Students who have represented India or their State as a team or individual level are eligible for 25% and 10% of the tuition fee as scholarship amount respectively. If students do not continue to play in second year, scholarship amount is reduced to 75% (for international level players) & 90% (for national level players). It is adjusted annually based on performance.

Research Scholarship: This is offered to students actively participating in activities like research paper submission in Research Journal, Paper presentation in National/International Conferences, etc. However, there should not be any disciplinary issue against candidate.

Government Funded Scholarship: The institute offers three type of scholarships under Central/State schemes namely:

· AICTE Post Graduate (PG) Scholarship

· AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Meritorious Girl Students

· AICTE Saksham Scholarship for Specially Abled Students
