Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics (XIMI), Jaipur offers various scholarships such as-

Merit Based (All) - Candidates with score >= 85% in graduation will get a 10% concession.

Merit-Based (Girls) - Candidates with score 80-85% in graduation will get a 5% concession.

Sports (International) - Candidates with score >= 50% in graduation will get a 25% concession.

Sports (National) - Candidates with score >= 50% in graduation will get a 10% concession.

Xavierite Scholarship is Rs 5000 and Fee Concession is 3000.

Note - Applicable on the tuition fees (one year) of MBA/ MCA Programs

Basic Eligibility-
Academic Performance- Students must pass the session's internal examinations & RTU examinations.
Conduct- Have a good behaviour.
Maintain at least 75% attendance during the academic year.
Have no disciplinary actions pending against the student.


Scholarship Duration - for at least of one semester (6 months) and up to 2 academic years (24 months), beginning in July or August of each academic year.

Criteria for Merit Based Scholarships -

Academic - Students must perform well in Internal Assessment and RTU Main Examination.

Selection Process - the top scoring students from each batch in every department will be selected. The number of scholarship depends on the class strength.

Benefit - Selected students may receive up to a 50% of the tuition fees (one year) as a scholarship amount.

Final Authority - The College Management reserves the right to all final decisions, which shall be binding.

Sports Scholarships Criteria-

International Players

Eligibility - Students who have represented India in international team or individual sports can receive up to 25% tuition fee waiver at the time of admission.

Performance Review - If they do not continue playing at the international level in their second year, the scholarship will be reduced by 75%. Reviewed every year based on performance.

National Players

Eligibility - Students who have represented their state at the national level in team or individual games are eligible for up to a 10% tuition fee waiver at the time of admission.

Performance Review - If they do not continue playing at the national level in the second year, the scholarship will be reduced by 90%.

Criteria for Research Scholarship -
Active participation in research based activities like research paper submission in Research Journal, Paper presentation in National/International Conferences

No disciplinary issues against the applicant
