Objectives - To Support Economically Weak Students
Many students admitted to the B.E. / B.Tech courses in the college are from rural and poor back ground and they are in need of financial support to pay their college fees.
TCEAA provides financial support to such needy students based on a merit cum means basis.
The donations received from the alumni are deposited as corpus fund in TCE Alumni Charitable Trust and the interest earned from that is used for student scholarships.

Yes, students who are officially pursuing any of the Thiagarajar College of Engineering courses can opt to reside in hostel facilities available at the college. According to the college's official website, the college has built separate hostel facilities for male and female students.
Moreover, the official website also states that each male and female hostel is equipped with various necessary amenities. Some of these amenities are electricity and water supply, clean and spacious rooms, and a mess. As per sources collated across the web, the hostel fees is INR 3.32 lakh.

Placements: Nearly 85% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, and Adobe. The top roles are Project manager and software developer. Around 70% of students got internships.
Placements: Nearly 75% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Anagram Architects and Sanjay Puri Architects. The top roles offered are interior designer and urban planner. Around 65% of students got internships.
Placements: Around 75% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 22 LPA. The average package was around 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. Around 40% of students got internship offers.
Placements: Approximately 76% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Larsen and Toubro and CP Kukreja Architects. Top roles offered were architectural designer and BIM specialist. 65% of students got internships.
Placements: 80%-85% of students are placed from our college. Lots of companies come with a maximum package of 20 LPA. Top companies are Amazon, TCS, and Wipro. After getting selected, you will get a job. Overall, the placement percentage is good.
