The daily schedule will be designed by the Administration Department, after consulting with the faculties.
Classes generally run from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, and sometimes even 4:30 pm. You get a 5 minute break after each class, and Lunch break from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm.
Mess menu: These items are not mentioned day wise, but consolidated.
Breakfast- Idly, Vadai, Dosa, Bread Butter Jam, and Idiappam. Milk/Tea.
Lunch- Sambar, Dal, Rasam, Curd, Vethakozambu, two Curry preparations, Papadam, and Pickle.
Evening snacks- Pav Bhaji, Biscuits, Vada, Masala vada, Cake, Veg Puffs, Tea
Dinner- Roti Kurma, Dosa, Uthappam, Naan with Capsicum & Peas Kurma, Rumali Roti with Paneer Butter Masala, Masala Dosa, Milk/ Coffee.

Chances are slim, since the MAT score is low. I would advice him to still apply. If he has a reasonably good 10th, 12th and Graduation score, he can be called for GD-PI. If he performs well there, then he might even be selected. Hope for the best.

As you said, we have a Cafeteria, which is run entirely by the students. We have a Stationery shop and Xerox centre, which is a lifesaver! We have many places for you to hang out with your friends, or get close to nature. Also above the common mess, there is a Dance hall, which is alternatively used for important functions.

College will arrange for your Summer Internship, no worries there. If you have an outside source and wish to get an Internship on your own, you can also do that, by informing the Dean. The company should be reputed, and has to be approved by the college.

There will be a Fresher's party given by us around September 1st-2nd week, and not during the commencement of your course. This trend has been followed over the years, and hence we'll abide by the same. For, what's included in it, you going to watch out!
