Review of UNS ASMC Jaunpur: Good education, developing infrastructure, and career prospects.
Placements: UNS ASMC Jaunpur offers a 1.5-year internship post-MBBS followed by a 2-year bond. This extensive programme provides invaluable clinical experience solidifying theoretical knowledge and developing practical skills. Graduates are well-prepared for the challenges of modern medicine while contributing to healthcare needs in underserved areas.
Infrastructure: This college boasts modern infrastructure. A few are under construction, with well-equipped labs for departments. We have 4 lecture theatres. There is Wi-Fi. We have a central library to enhance learning. A canteen is available. The food served in the mess is okay. We have to focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Faculty: The college offers a rigorous academic environment. The exam pattern includes 3 internal exams (term 1, term 2, and pre-university), part completion tests, betterment exams, and a final university exam. Around 50% is the passing mark. Knowledgeable faculty provides valuable guidance. This structured system encourages consistent effort & deep learning.

Good faculty and good hostel.
Placements: In MBBS, you get an internship after you complete the whole course in the same college in which you studied. You get a stipend, which is already unannounced by the government. You have to attend postings and night duties, and you can study as well and study from them.
Infrastructure: Practical labs are there for some subjects, and for some, they are under construction. A library is also there. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel and in the library. Classrooms are well-spaced. Rooms are well-equipped with one stool, one almirah, one table, one bed, and a balcony.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative and take lectures regularly. They also provide reading materials and give good guidance. They also take tests on a regular basis and improve us in the subjects we are lagging behind. The passing percentage is 40 percent in theory and 60 percent in practical.
Other: The campus is under construction. A volleyball ground is present. The campus is big. A canteen is present, which provides food at the hostel. Events are organized by the students.

Growing Building with Strengthening Academics, UNS ASMC Jaunpur.
Placements: I am in 2nd year MBBS. There are 100 students in each batch. The internship is provided by the college, and there are no placements in this course. The college provides accommodation for every person here, including students, juniors, seniors, and faculty. An intern hostel is in progress to accommodate final-year students as well.
Infrastructure: The library is available within the campus for all students from 8 AM to 8 PM. Wi-Fi is also provided in the college, library, and hostels. Medical rooms have been created in the hostels, equipped with emergency medicine. Sports activities have been started, such as volleyball and badminton. A mess and canteen are available within the campus.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive and hardworking. They support the students academically very well. Also, some electives have started for the 4th-year students, along with compulsory OPD postings for everyone after the 1st year. Exams are quite good and helpful in getting the knowledge about our weak zones.
Other: Events like national holidays, such as 15th August, and foundation day are also celebrated here, along with some sports and singing competitions. Scholarships are provided by the state government.

Good college with nice faculty members and infrastructure; construction is still ongoing.
Placements: My college, Uma Nath Singh Autonomous State Medical College Jaunpur, currently offers seats for MBBS and paramedical courses. Currently, 4 batches are enrolled in the MBBS course. The quality of teaching is good, and practical facilities are also present.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in hostels and on campus. The library is open from 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM. Wi-Fi is available at almost every place on campus, such as hostels, lecture theatres, the library, etc. Medical facilities are present within the campus, and one ambulance is always available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, holding respected degrees and are very helpful. The MBBS course is curriculum-oriented, with competencies assigned by the NMC. Exams occur frequently in the MBBS course, and you must score 50% in each subject in every exam to pass.
Other: I wanted to be a doctor, so I chose this course. The best thing about this course is that it gives you the satisfaction of treating someone using your skills and knowledge.

This might not be the best college, but it is surely not the last option.
Placements: The senior-most batch here is from 2021, so at present, there are no interns in the college and hospital. But surely in the future, all the interns will be appointed in the hospital, which is attached to the college. A benefit of getting admission here is that this autonomous college has its own hospital inside the campus, which is under construction with a functional OPD.
Infrastructure: Everything from Wi-Fi to the library is available, but yes, there are complete labs and classrooms under construction. Medical facilities are available, but no sports or any kind of extracurricular activities are promoted here as the college lacks a proper ground with sports kits.
Faculty: The faculty members are very considerate towards studies and delivering lectures. Nearly every class is being taken by the faculty, and great emphasis is being placed on studies rather than any other extracurricular activity. Semester exams also test your knowledge at its best.

All you need to know about-UNS ASMC JAUNPUR.
Placements: So Particularly a batch of a total of 100 students that are admitted through NEET examination. In MBBS placement or companies are not there obviously as Doctors don't work in companies. The internship programme has not yet started as this college started in the year 2021 so the First batch is still in its 3rd professional year. When they'll complete the 4th year. The estimated stipend is 17000 rs per month.
Infrastructure: Currently, the College is under construction so the infrastructure is not that good but yeah it is sufficient for being functional. The college construction is estimated to be completed by August 2025. the quality of food in the mess is okay and the canteen is quite good. No sports and Games though, that's quite depressing. Medical facilities for students are available for free in the hospital.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good most of the teachers are highly qualified Doctors with a lot of experience. They're hardworking and take classes and that's very impressive. The course curriculum is apt. A perfect doctor can be made through it. Though the syllabus is really vast, the exam has a pattern that makes it possible to pass it. The pass percentage depends upon the individual batch. I'd say the pass percentage is 99 though in our college till now.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to become a Doctor from childhood only and after the corona pandemic, my reasons got stronger. Yeah, the 75% attendance criteria to sit in the exam should be removed because it's really hard to maintain 75% attendance or else you'll close a complete year. No events fest nothing in this college. That's very disheartening.

Teaching and teachers are very good but infrastructure is below average due to construction work.
Placements: The MBBS course is 4 years +1 internship. The highest salary after MBBS in my college is 11.28 LPA, the lowest is 7.20 LPA and the average is 9 LPA. No student has performed an internship till now because college is new. SR senior doctors are the head of the department and Assistant professor.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure at the time is not good due to construction work. Wi-Fi facility is available for classrooms. In the first year, we have labs properly. No labs from the second year. The hostel is good. Food availability is average and the canteen is also average. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games facilities are below average.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. Qualified and knowledgeable, teaching quality is very well. Yes, the curriculum is relevant. This curriculum makes it easy to cover up syllabus properly. Almost 90% to 95% pass percentage in my college. Two terminal exams, a pre-university exam and then a Professional exam by the University.
Other: In my college hospital, academic and hostel on the campus so easy to attend classes and posting. My college was UG level but in 2024, six Postgraduate seats were added. Three biochemistry and three anatomy PG seats were added. The campus is surrounded by very humble people. The village is surrounding my college.

This College is Overall Good; Can Take Admission
Placements: This is a new college; right now, there are only three batches present, so student placements will start after two years. From this college, students will go to different medical institutions across the country to provide patient care and to expand their experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not so good because it is incomplete. Many buildings are still under construction, which looks odd. There are buildings like the inpatient department, outpatient department, academic block, hostel for students, and faculty residence.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable here. They teach us so well. The course curriculum is relevant, making us competent for the future of the medical field. Semester exams are difficult, helping us perform well in final examinations organized by Atal University.
Other: I want to be a good doctor, so I chose this college.
