I am satisfied because of the experienced faculty members, infrastructure, and good placements.
Placements: In my particular course, approximately 60-70% of the final-year students are placed through campus recruitment. We have a dedicated placement cell through which we are informed about the ongoing placements. Top roles offered to our students through placements are data scientist, AI engineer, business analytics, R&D, and automation. The highest package offered this past year was 10 LPA, and the average package was around 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college offers an excellent infrastructure, which includes well-equipped computer labs, a library with 1,500 books, a clean canteen, classrooms with projectors, a medical room, and a gymkhana with sports equipment. Unfortunately, the college does not provide hostels but provides contacts for private hostels, with good facilities for the students.
Faculty: The college faculty members are supportive and approachable, with over 5 years of teaching experience in the current field. The course curriculum provided through Mumbai University is not well-structured, but the college provides us with seminars, and workshops that make students industry-ready. The pass percentage of our course is approximately 70-80%.

The college has good placements, infrastructure, and supportive faculty members.
Placements: Approximately 50-75% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 11 LPA, and the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Students are placed in companies such as TCS, Infosys, and many more. Many students have got training in college, like Hone-Map and Q-spiders. The top roles offered in our courses are related to the COMPS field.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, with whiteboards, projectors, and sound systems to enhance the teaching experience. The labs provide high-end PCs and are fully equipped with modern facilities for the students. The library provides us with a vast amount of books along with a drive to Archiva, which provides dedicated lectures of many IIT professors.
Faculty: The faculty members provide us help and guidance for our present and future work. The college also carries out a mini project for the students for team building and learning skills. Some improvements are related to the assignments stuff which could be reduced.
Other: I chose the COMPS course here at UCOE because that's the location I was looking for. The college location provides me with a slight of calmness and helps me work harder every day. There is an annual fest called Aurora at our college, in which students of all the years compete to be the best. The college provides various committees, such as the Student Council, Rotaract, and NSS, which help students to grow in communication and confidence.

Good infrastructure with supportive faculty but limited connectivity and placement opportunities .
Placements: The placement scenario is not great at the college, as very few students get placed through the on-campus placement process. The primary reason for this is the lack of participation from reputable multinational companies. If they participate, they don't offer good roles, and if they do, those roles aren't desirable or lucrative, and the placement cell does bother to bring those companies for the placement, as in the year 2023-2024, no student was placed on campus as no companies came for the placement.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is impressive when compared to colleges in north Mumbai. The college has all kinds of labs and equipment needed. The classrooms have projectors and speakers installed, and most of the time teachers use those to take classes. The ground (playground) is of decent size, surrounded by trees and all sorts of greenery. The colleges also have a gymkhana, which has table tennis and other indoor games that you can play in your free time.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are well qualified, but some may lack the skill of teaching as it's a whole new thing, but overall they are helpful and knowledgeable. There are ample teachers, and the student-to-teacher ratio is good. They follow the Mumbai University curriculum to teach, and the exams are held according to the college's affiliation with Mumbai University.
Other: The connectivity is not great, as the college is on the outskirts of Vasai, and traveling by train becomes hectic as the train runs on an interval of 3 hours (mostly), but the college provided its own bus services that you can opt for.

I am somewhat satisfied with the college facilities, and placements need betterment.
Placements: Approximately 60-70% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. Students are placed in companies like Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Jio, and many more. Many students have got training in college, like SAP Labs, and also, a few got internships in college from companies like 10x Growth. The top roles offered in our courses are related to AIML fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is top-notch as it is one of the most modern buildings in Mumbai. Also, the labs are fully equipped with modern facilities for students. The classrooms are also equipped with modern learning aids, and it has a library named Archivia, which has a lot of resources and books for the students. The college campus is quite spacious and it has greenery around it.
Faculty: The faculty members at the college are supportive and approachable. The topics taught are clear, and they help us in our mini projects, as every team is assigned a guide, who is a faculty member. However, a few experiences can vary related to teaching, but overall, it is good. Exams are conducted fairly in the college.
Other: I chose the AIML course because the AI industry is on the boom, and I hope that we get good placements from the college. I will pass out in 2026. Betterment of faculty members, a few more experienced and good faculty members should be hired to teach the students who make the sessions interactive. The college hosts a few events. In the past few years, a few events got canceled due to some issues, but I hope in the coming years, UCOE does events like it used to.

    The college has good infra.
Placements: The placement % in our college is quite low, with only a small number of students securing jobs through campus recruitment. The highest is 10 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Capgemini, Wipro, IBM, Byju's. Only 4-5 students got internships at companies like Wipro and Infosys. Roles offered: Software Developer, Technical Consultant, Web Developer.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure with well-equipped labs, a clean library, and washrooms, but AC is only for B.Tech students. No hostel facilities. Limited and expensive food options in the canteen. Medical facilities are available on campus. A sports ground is available for various activities.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and friendly with good teaching skills. The course curriculum is somewhat average and not very engaging or exciting but covers the basics. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass % is quite good.
Other: I chose this course because I aspire to become a software engineer. Scholarships are available. The campus crowd is average.

The college is average, not that good, and just overhyped.
Placements: All students do not get placement here. Only 15% to 20% get on-campus placement. The rest apply off-campus and get better jobs, as on-campus jobs are mostly customer support or any foolish jobs that an engineer is not supposed to do. Those who are interested in a particular engineering job apply off-campus.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure but no official hostel. There are no proper hostel facilities for students to easily accommodate. Some hostels are available, but they are rooms meant for daily wage workers, which are not suitable for students. It is better to live in Vasai or Kharbav.
Faculty: Faculty is the best ever. Examinations are proper without any cheating or partiality, but some teachers do it, but not all. The exam management is best compared to others. Faculty is great and also motivates students to study. The exam cell is somewhat supportive and good.
Other: The campus is crowded and small.
