Placements: As a student of Amity University, I like to share that my college is better than private institutes. The percentage of students placed every year in my course department is very high compared to private colleges. The highest package is about 12 LPA

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my course department include Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, ground, washrooms, etc., and they are very good according to the feedback from students.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty of my course department are very cooperative towards students. The semester examinations are not very difficult for regular students of my college.

Review of Amity University, Mumbai.

Placements: As far as I am aware, the top performers (with a GPA of above 9) get placed in companies like Cipla, Trisamya, and Serum Institute. A lot of seniors also pursue master's degrees from foreign institutes, mostly in Germany and the USA. They also end up in companies like Pfizer.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is widespread with multiple buildings and year-round air-conditioning and well-maintained classrooms. Since it is a university, there are additional departments that offer more courses and exposure to different groups of students as well. There is a basketball court, badminton court, and football ground with many events throughout the year.

Faculty: Biotechnology faculty members are extremely devoted and help students be streamlined. They make sure we relate all our subjects to the actual course. If it is a chemistry course (as in B.Tech), then the faculty members ensure we do an assignment that talks about applications in biotech.

Other: Fests are fun. There are seminars or something going on all the time so it is pretty happening.

It has really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Almost all students get placed with a package that ranges from 7-8 LPA in companies like Bharat Next and Capegemini. They also help students with various opportunities that suit them the best. Weak students also get opportunities based on their skills and fields of interest.

Infrastructure: There are high-class facilities with good infrastructure like good hostels, for students coming from all around India to study here, and good security. There are also various departments on the university campus and state-of-the-art library, etc.

Faculty: Teachers present in the Amity University, Mumbai campus are all very qualified and have a deep understanding of all courses. They support students in their academics as well as personal well-being. I can confidently say that the current course curriculum is up to the industry standards. Semester exams are moderately difficult and the pass percentage is 35%.

Placements: As a student at Amity University Mumbai I have seen the university put consistent efforts into giving placements to students. The placement cell actively brings reputed companies such as LnT, Tata Project, Hindustan Construction, etc. The average package ranges from 5 to 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is modern with smart classrooms, well equipped labs and well stocked library. The campus is beautiful and well maintained. It is spread across 30 acres in panel. The hostel facility is decent with separate accommodation for girls and boys. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. There is a good facility for water and electricity. It also has laundry services for students. The mess facility is available. Wi-Fi is available which is sometimes consistent.

Faculty: The university has diverse faculty members with academic and industrial backgrounds. Some faculty members are highly knowledgeable and give good guidance for students growth. They use interactive teaching methods, case studies and real world examples to make the understanding better. The quality of teaching varies across different departments.

Other: The university organises various events, fests, and extracurricular activities, which makes campus life vibrant.

Really good infrastructure, good teachers, good placement team, and facilities can improve a bit.

Placements: The batchmates are fun for B.Tech Biotechnology students. We got JK Botanicals, Serum, Resonacle, Biological E, IPCA, etc. 20% of students got placements in QA-QC, business marketing, R&D roles, etc. These years have been the best years of college life with good friends and experience. The networking base is very good with excellent opportunities.

Infrastructure: State-of-the-art labs are equipped with modern equipment, software, and tools to provide hands-on experience. A vast and well-stocked library with a wide range of books, journals, and digital resources. The mess and canteen provide a variety of hygienic and nutritious food options, catering to different dietary needs and preferences.
