B.Tech in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2027
4.2
The college has good placements, infrastructure, and supportive faculty members.
Placements: Approximately 50-75% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 11 LPA, and the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Students are placed in companies such as TCS, Infosys, and many more. Many students have got training in college, like Hone-Map and Q-spiders. The top roles offered in our courses are related to the COMPS field.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, with whiteboards, projectors, and sound systems to enhance the teaching experience. The labs provide high-end PCs and are fully equipped with modern facilities for the students. The library provides us with a vast amount of books along with a drive to Archiva, which provides dedicated lectures of many IIT professors.
Faculty: The faculty members provide us help and guidance for our present and future work. The college also carries out a mini project for the students for team building and learning skills. Some improvements are related to the assignments stuff which could be reduced.
Other: I chose the COMPS course here at UCOE because that's the location I was looking for. The college location provides me with a slight of calmness and helps me work harder every day. There is an annual fest called Aurora at our college, in which students of all the years compete to be the best. The college provides various committees, such as the Student Council, Rotaract, and NSS, which help students to grow in communication and confidence.

The college has good infra.
Placements: The placement % in our college is quite low, with only a small number of students securing jobs through campus recruitment. The highest is 10 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Capgemini, Wipro, IBM, Byju's. Only 4-5 students got internships at companies like Wipro and Infosys. Roles offered: Software Developer, Technical Consultant, Web Developer.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure with well-equipped labs, a clean library, and washrooms, but AC is only for B.Tech students. No hostel facilities. Limited and expensive food options in the canteen. Medical facilities are available on campus. A sports ground is available for various activities.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and friendly with good teaching skills. The course curriculum is somewhat average and not very engaging or exciting but covers the basics. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass % is quite good.
Other: I chose this course because I aspire to become a software engineer. Scholarships are available. The campus crowd is average.

Overall a good college, but the location is not good, and has connectivity issues .
Placements: Placements are not so good, but average. Many mass recruiting companies provide decent packages to the students. The highest packages offered are 12 LPA and 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really great. The canteen is really nice. Labs are available. There is no hostel facility. The only problem is location. The college is not really at a good location, and it has connectivity issues. No cafes or fun places are available near the college.
Faculty: The faculty of Ucoe is great and supportive. The teaching quality of some teachers is too good. Semester exams are difficult, as the passing percentage is 40%. Lab assistants And teachers do a great job, in teaching the students.
Other: I'm currently in first year Computer Engineering, and I don’t know much about the course. Fests are great. Aurora, and vyro events are too good to enjoy.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 180 students get placed in our college which is around 50%. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA to 2 LPA and the highest salary package is 7 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, etc. Many students get internships in their second year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are average. There are many laptops in the library and have more than 10,000 books. Classrooms are spacious. Canteen food is average. Many sports are available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and good. There are the best teachers for mechanics and maths subjects. Many industrial visits are provided to help students learn the concepts easily. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage always varies.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn coding. Campus connectivity is not good.

It's a good college for average students.
Placements: Placements are average. The placement percentage is around 80%. Most placements are offered in CSE and IT. I will not recommend this college for civil engineering, even if you have a low percentage. The highest salary package offered in the previous year was 10 LPA, the lowest was around 2 LPA, and the average was around 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: I am very impressed by the infrastructure of the college. It's very good, but it does not have a hostel and is also very far from the city, even though there are bus facilities and a railway station nearby. It's very hectic to travel daily. The library is quite good. You can find a lot of books related to engineering. The workshop is also good, but you have to purchase equipments for electrical work.
Faculty: Faculty members at this college are surprisingly very good but very strict. They give you personal attention. They are always ready to solve our doubts. My favourite faculty members are those who teach mechanics and mathematics.
Other: There are lots of events like Vyro Festival and Aurora Festival.

I am satisfied because of the opportunities from this college.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. Around 70-80% of students got placed in this course. Many top companies visit our college for recruitment. Faculty members also help us with placements so that we can achieve our desired goals.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The locality is also better because of its climate. The library is decent, and we can get many books to study. Laboratories have personal computers for practical or programming. We also have a huge canteen.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at teaching. We can easily understand them. Exams like tutorial tests are conducted weekly or every 15 days so that we can prepare for the final semester.
Other: I chose this course to learn hardware and software and to apply them in the future. Fests named Aurora, Vyro, Tantrotsav, and many more are conducted. Extracurricular activities such as sports or any programming competitions are held at this college.

Hi, The webpage of this college is silent about fees charged for various courses. Academics and Infrastructure are good here. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information on the fee structure. Regards.

For which college you want to ask for. It varies from college to college. Government colleges have less fees around INR 15,000, but private college's fess are very high i.e. INR 1,21,000 or much higher than this too.
