B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2027

It is a good government institution.
Placements: There are 80% of students who get placed in companies. The highest salary package is 10 LPA. Top recurring companies are TCS, Wipro, and Zoho. More than 50% of students get internships in our college. The top job offers are for software engineer. It is a good college with more knowledge.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-furnished with projector facilities and fans. We have Ethernet in all classes. There are two libraries with books from current authors. There are four hostels, separate for boys and girls, and individual hostels for each. Sports are the best in this college. They give it more importance. Krida happens as a part of sports day celebration.
Faculty: The faculty are well-experienced and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant to industrial sectors. As this is a university college, exams are quite tough. The pass percentage is a minimum is 80%. Teachers have more than 20 years of experience.

I'm satisfied with faculty members, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: My college has good placement opportunities. It offers the highest package of 4 LPA per annum. The lowest package is 2 LPA. In my college, about 60% of students got internships in top companies.
Infrastructure: My college has good infrastructure with internet facilities, digital classrooms, and digital libraries. Hostel is also like college with good infrastructure. Food is well and rooms are good. Canteen is available nearby the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members in my college are well knowledgeable, their quality of teaching is very well and they are friendly to students. They clarified the doubts they gave suggestions to students for careers.
Other: I wish to become an engineer from my childhood so I chose this course.

It's okay. I like the college because of the independence.
Placements: Above 60% of students from our college got placed in 2nd tier companies. And the least of them who were very talented and trained by our college faculty got placed in tier 1 companies like Zoho and Wipro. The lowest salary offered is Rs.20,000 per month and annually 1,20,000. The highest salary is 50,000 per month and annually 6,00,000.
Infrastructure: There are average high-tech labs available for students to perform the experiments practically. Infrastructure is very decent for our course (ECE), and smart classes are also available with projectors that are very helpful for us to know our subjects well elaborately.
Faculty: Our college is a university college where all lectures and professors are well-qualified and experienced. They are qualified according to their eligibility. I don't think that the curriculum is more relevant for the future when we do jobs. But it's okay.
Other: Actually, my brother told me to pursue this course. College life is pretty good because of the friends I have here. There are only two or three programs conducted per year like sports festivals and cultural.

I recommend UG students for this college 100%, but Post Graduate, especially MCA, is not recommended
Placements: 2.27% of students are placed in my course.
The package offered in our college: (highest - 7 LPA), (lowest - 2 LPA), (average - 3.5 LPA).
Zoho is the top recruiting company for our course.
79.5% of students got an internship (self-placed) in the Software Developer role.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available for lab purposes, not for our mobile devices. The classrooms are very spacious, but the laboratory was unsatisfactory. They still have 2GB RAM computers. The hostel has 24/7 hot water, medical ambulance, and the food is good. Sports facilities like volleyball, cricket, and basketball grounds are available in our college. It’s a good place for sports.
Faculty: 1 or 2 teachers are helpful, others are not like that. They use you for their work. The teaching quality was so bad. I give 2 stars to the teachers in that college. Our students gained knowledge from other students, not from the teachers. They are not up-to-date with their knowledge and also target the students they don’t like (this is the worst case in our college).
The course curriculum was good because it had emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.
Semester exams are not difficult. Even below-average students can get 7.5 CGPA and above.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about computer applications. Our college curriculum was so good.
I wish to change the teachers, provide some high-speed computers (8 to 12 GB RAM), and give some more companies for placement (3 to 5 companies we are getting in our batch).
There are totally two events conducted by our department. The hostel day celebration happens for one month, and scholarships are helpful, ranging from 9000 to 40000, depending on the categories.

An overview of EEE department in AUBIT college .
Placements: More than 90% of students are placed here in our department. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.4 LPA.
The top recruiting companies are mostly Tamil Nadu-based local startups or medium-sized companies.
More than 60% of students will do 2 to 3 internships in their college life .
Infrastructure: We have all types of necessary infrastructure like labs, classrooms, and 3 libraries, but there is no Wi-Fi connection in campus, only in lab.
The hostel facilities are below average. Each year, there is a separate hostel. The food there will be also below average. Weekly, 3 times non-vegetarian food is given.
On campus, sports are most recognized; we have all types of sports. Also, we have support of faculty for sports.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified; all of them hold doctorates in their fields and the quality of education is high. As per Regulation 2021, the internal marks cover 40% and the semester exam covers 60%, so it is important to study the internals also. The semester exams are not that difficult. We have to prepare using the last 3–4 years of question papers, then we can easily get first-class marks.
Other: I chose the EEE because I have been interested in that field since my childhood days.
I wish that my college faculty would give us more practical knowledge than only theoretical knowledge. On our campus every year, even in September, we conduct events like symposiums, culturals, sports days, and farewells for our passing students.

The course curriculum has a little bit lower capacitance to current industries level.
Placements: In my course, around 75% of students are successfully placed. The placement rate varies each year depending on market trends and student performance. The highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. These figures fluctuate based on industry demand, company participation, and student skill levels.
Infrastructure:
All facilities are available in my college and hostel. Lab facilities are available. The quality of the hostel and hostel food is good. Canteens are available. Sports and games are given more importance. On campus, there is a government healthcare center, and ambulance facilities are available 24/7.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable in subjects, and they have good teaching quality. The course curriculum has a little bit lower capacity than current industry levels. The curriculum does not make students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy, and the pass percentage of students is 70%.
Other: My course is Electronics and Communication Engineering. It is very important for world evaluation. Events, festivals, connectivity, surroundings, and scholarships are available.
