VIT-AP School of Business MBA Courses & Fees 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Scholarships, How to Apply

The VIT-AP MBA application process is completed in online mode. Candidates can finish the VIT-AP MBA admission process if they have a valid score in any one of the accepted entrance exams for VIT-AP admissions. To complete the process for VIT-AP MBA course admissions, follow the steps mentioned below:

STEP 1: VIT-AP MBA Application Process 2026

The first step in the MBA admission process for VIT-AP, the candidates are required to register for one of the accepted entrance exams. Candidates can do so by visiting the official portals for their chosen entrance exam and registering on it. Candidates who wish to apply through the VITBEE scores can register while applying for the MBA course at VIT-AP.

The steps mentioned below show the application process at VIT-AP:

Step 1: Go to the website of VIT-AP (https://vitap.ac.in/).

Step 2: Click on the "Admission" tab followed by clicking the "Postgraduate" tab.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on the "Apply Now" tab.

Step 4: Register on the website.

Step 5: Choose the MBA course.

Step 6: Fill the admission form.

Step 7: Provide copies of all required documents.

Step 8: Pay the VIT-AP MBA application fees.

• Provisional Admission Letter (signed by Student and Parent)
• Transfer/Migration/College Leaving Certificate from the last attended institution
• Student Profile (signed by Student and Parent)
• Physical Fitness Certificate
• Affidavit by the Student
• Affidavit by the Parent

• Two Recent passport size colour photos

• Class X and XII mark sheets
• Mark sheets (semester/year-wise or consolidated) of UG examination up to the final year
• UG Degree or Provisional Certificate

• Nativity Certificate (for candidates from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, or North-Eastern states)

STEP 2: Process for Selecting Candidates

Once the application forms have been submitted, VIT-AP will shortlist students for a merit-list to proceed to the next step. During this process, if a candidate with high CAT score is discovered, they will be granted early admissions. The remaining candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview round.

Candidates who manage to clear the personal interview round will be alloted seats in the MBA course at VIT-AP.

STEP 3: Confirming the Admissions

The candidates who are selected after the selection process need to pay the VIT-AP MBA admission fees to confirm their admission at the institute. The MBA admission fee will include a small portion of the first instalment of tuition fee which is INR 3.48 lakh as well as a security deposit of INR 3,000.

VIT-AP MBA scholarships include a merit-based scholarship that is offered to high scorers in the accepted entrance exam. To gain any scholarship at VIT-AP, a MBA student is required to score atleast 90 percent in the CAT or XAT or a score between 760-791 in MAT. Eligible candidates can obtain a tuition fee waiver of either 50% or 100%, depending on their score through these scholarships.
