It provides good guidance and average facilities.
Placements: There are no campus placements in this college. There is no placements cell in the college to get on-campus placements, and we have to try for off-campus placements. Companies do not visit the college to provide job opportunities to the students.
Infrastructure: The library facility is available for free of cost. There are also computer labs for practice. Every day for 3 to 4 hours, we spent in the lab to practice their skill enhancement. The infrastructure is not good, but other facilities are average. The lab facility is good. There is daily one lab in order to improve technical skills.
Faculty: There is good support and guidance from teachers. Good care and support are provided to students by the teachers. Individual examination of students is done by the lecturers. The self-center is available for semester examinations. All the exams are conducted on-campus.
Other: I have completed my diploma in computer engineering. Several co-curricular activities are encouraged by this college, like sports day, farewell day, annual day, etc.

Our college provides knowledge for students.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements because it is a diploma college. Companies go only to B.Tech and other graduating colleges for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good and well-working computers. The infrastructure of our college is good. The canteen was not in high range. Sports and other programs are conducted on the occasions. The Wi-Fi facility available in the college is very fast. We have a uniform for our college.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members are young, and they are supportive of us. Our C-18 course curriculum is helpful, and it has added advanced concepts. We can learn and gain knowledge more in detail.
Other: I am from Diploma in Computer Engineering course, and I passed out in 2021. I have chosen this course to become a programmer and software engineer. Scholarships are offered on our campus. The surroundings and environment around the college are good.

Urban college experience : A review of VMR polytechnic
Placements: There are no college placements in VMR or in any other polytechnic college. There are few job opportunities to students who completed diploma, especially for cse students very low opportunities. EEE, ECE, MECH branches have good govt job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college is established in the year 1992, and the building is old. I am not a hostel student, I found the college decent and worthy of it's price. If we don't like college hostel we can stay in private hostels located outside the college. The college has many classrooms and good labs. The canteen in this college is just average only few items are present. This college has a huge library and they give textbooks for each semester, some of the them are updated ones and some are outdated i.e. previous curriculum.
Faculty: MPC faculty in this college is good. But technical faculty is not good. Only few of the technical faculty is good. If you join in this college you have to study own because most of the faculty teaching is bad. The exams- mid1, mid2, semester are very strictly conducted by the SBTET board under CCTV surveillance. So there is no chance to copy or malpractice.
Other: I joined in this college in the year 2022 in CSE branch. There will be no fests and Events in this college. It is located in Rampur, Hanumakonda. And the campus environment is greenery and filled with fresh air. This college has a lot of crowd. This college also has a huge library. Labs are also very good. The only minus point in this college is faculty, so many of them are not good enough for teaching. They exactly say what is in the book no proper explanation. And for the exams we have to study by ourself. I wish they improve the quality of the faculty.

Your college is excellent compared to other colleges. You will definitely become a good engineer.
Placements: Around 65% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was around 20 LPA, and the lowest was around 9 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Tata Motors, TCS, Adani Groups, Amazon, and around 42% of students got internships at Tata Motors and Adani Groups. The top roles offered were Chief Engineer, Supervisors, and other posts.
Infrastructure: It had beautiful infrastructure with many labs, Wi-Fi facility, AC classrooms, a huge library, a study area, a mini gym, and a small park. The hostel rooms were decent enough, and the food quality was good. The medical facilities were available, and there was a great approach towards sports and games, with separate courts.
Faculty: We had good teaching quality, and our teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum was good, meeting all demands of the industry, and it made students industry-ready. Our exams were tough, and we had a lot of competition. The pass percentage was 65%.
Other: I chose this course because, nowadays, software is the future. The best thing about it was that it was all practical. The improvement needed in our course was to remove irrelevant topics from the curriculum. We also had many extracurricular activities, events, and fests, etc.

Candidate should be a citizen of India.
Candidates must have passed 10th level Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or another examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as Central Board of SecondaryEducation (CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
Candidates must have passed in all subjects including Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry with a minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for 10th or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET-2024.
There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024.
Working Employee candidate should bring NOC from the respective organizations.
