9 years ago I have scored 705 in MAT and secured 88.69 %ile in CMAT. What are my chances for XIME?

No. it wont affect your PGDM application. Only your marks matter for admission.

Xime is located in the Electronic City which is surrounded with major IT firms all around. Yes you can take night out on Saturdays and should return back before Monday 9 AM.
