XIME Bangalore offers a wide range of scholarships to all the institute's students. Some of the XIME Bangalore scholarships with their criteria are listed below:
- Prof. J Philip Scholarship to a meritorious student at the Bangalore Campus. Prof. Philip is the Principal Founder of XIME and currently the Chairman of XIME Bangalore.
- Fr. Dr. E. Abraham S.J. Scholarship: This scholarship is offered in memory of one of the XIME founders and the longest-serving Director of XLRI.
- Prof. J.D. Cherayil Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is offered in memory of the late Prof. Cherayil, a well-respected Senior Professor of IISc and a co-founder of XIME.
- The Sarosh J Ghandy Scholarship is offered to a Meritorious Student at XIME Bangalore. Mr. Ghandy was the Chairman of XIME during 2000- 2010.
XIME Scholarships (for Kochi and Chennai)
- Dr. J Alexander Scholarship at XIME Kochi in memory of XIME’s immediate past President and former Chief Secretary of Karnataka. Dr. Alexander played a significant role in the establishment of the Kochi campus.
- Amb. C.P. Ravindranathan Scholarship at Kochi. Amb. Ravindranathan is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of XIME Kochi and a former Indian Ambassador to several countries.
- P. C. Cyriac Scholarship at XIME Chennai. Mr. Cyriac was crucial in the establishment of XIME’s Chennai campus. Mr. Cyriac is a Past President of XIME and the Former Additional Chief Secretary to the Tamil Nadu Government.
- Mr. B. Muthuraman Scholarship at XIME Chennai. Mr. Muthurman was the Chairman of XIME Chennai and Former Managing Director of Tata Steel.
- Barrister M.K. Nambiar Memorial Scholarship to a Meritorious Student at XIME Chennai.
- XIME President Scholarship is offered at each of the campuses of XIME Institute. The scholarship amounts vary from INR 1.5 to 6.0 lakhs.
- Lt. Gen. T. C. Joseph Scholarship at Kochi. Lt. Gen. Joseph is a founder member of XIME.
Note:
There are additional scholarships given throughout the year. The Scholarships are usually handed out during the Independence Day or Republic Day celebration held at each campus. In addition to yearly scholarships, several academic achievement awards are given at the Convocation. There is a special award called the Best All-Round Performance Award. Placements: As a student of XIME Bangalore, I have seen my seniors getting placed with exceptional placement support from the institution. Campus has a dedicated placement cell that ensures almost everyone secures a role aligned with their career aspirations. Currently, the placement season is ongoing. As per the latest report, the highest salary package stands at 23.5 LPA offered by Lowe's. The median salary package stands at 11.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are EY, KPMG, Trinamix, Accenture and others.
Placements: XIME Bangalore delivers excellent placement from companies like Wells Fargo, Accenture, EY, Infosys, etc. College is able to attract good companies for placement because our college is in Bangalore. Placement cell is very active in getting good opportunities for students. The highest salary package offered till now is 22.5 LPA.
Placements: The number of students placed were nearly 60 -70%. The top recruiting companies are British Telecom, Infosys, EY, Dell. Top roles offered are Marketing manager, Operations management, Financial Analyst. The highest package offered is 22lakh and average package is around 8-10 Lacs. The internships are ongoing in the college as of now. Till now 40% students got internships in Dell, EY, British Telecom, Wrogn.
Placements: XIME prides itself on the fact that it strives to provide 100% placements to the students. The average packages for PGDM students are INR 10.83 LPA and INR 10.3 LPA for PGDM Business Analytics. The highest package till now is INR 22 LPA and most of the big companies such as EY, KPMG, Infosys, Oracle, Accenture, and British Telecom come for placements and these companies also offer internships to students. Most of these companies come in for the roles of consultant and analyst.
