XLRI offers a 12-month long-term programme in six different areas in the Management stream. It has the aim of providing students with an opportunity to earn a postgraduate certificate in their respective areas. Selection is based on candidates' performance in the PI round. Students are awarded the XLRI alumni status after the successful completion of the respective course. They can avail the benefits of being a part of XLRI alumni meets, chapters, etc.). XLRI offers a full-time EPGDM (General) programme for experienced executives. The duration of this course is one year and three months. XLRI Jamshedpur Ex-PGDM admission is based on candidates' performance in XAT/ GMAT entrance exams, followed by a PI round. Approved by AICTE, this course incorporates three months of field-based training in a functional area.
Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur does not have the provision of direct admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) courses.
