The minimum eligibility is completion of Class 12 (10+2) with required subjects (Science/Commerce/Arts depending on the course).

Yes, you can totally do B.Tech Food Tech as a PCB student! You don't necessarily need Math for all colleges
Look into NIFTEM (Kundli/Thanjavur)—those are the top government spots. Also, make sure to give the CUET (ICAR) exam, as that's the main way PCB students get into government food tech programs
