Good exposure to fashion with strong placement support.
Placements: I was in the B.Des Fashion Design (2025 batch). In my batch, most people either got placed or continued with internships that later turned into full-time roles. So the placement rate was around 99%. Brands like Myntra, Reliance, Aditya Birla, Jimmy Choo, and a few designer labels hired from campus. Many of us also did internships during college, which helped us get jobs later. Roles were mainly designer, stylist, and merchandiser.
Infrastructure: The campus has proper design labs, stitching rooms, and Mac labs, which we used regularly. Classrooms are decent and work fine most of the time. The hostel is okay and centrally located, so there is no problem with connectivity. Mess food is average, but the canteen is better. Also, basic medical and sports facilities are available. I have heard they are creating a new AI studio and a Life Design studio.
Faculty: Teachers are quite involved during project work and keep giving feedback at different stages. It helps us improve the final output. The curriculum is teacher-driven and mostly assignment-based, focused on building a strong portfolio through regular submissions. Exams are mainly jury evaluations and project presentations. So if you stay consistent with your work and do not miss deadlines, passing is not very difficult.
Other: The best part for me personally was the global immersion trip to Paris. We had so much fun. We visited big designers and fashion houses and also assisted them during Paris Fashion Week. We went to iconic places like the Louvre as well. It was a lifetime of memories, learning, and exposure to how the fashion industry works. I also showcased at Lakmé Fashion Week. My parents were so proud to see my design on the runway.

Really good faculty and facilities available at this college.
Placements: In the Pearl Academy, around 30-35% of the students get placements in our course. The average package offered in our course was between 2-5 LPA. Various designing and product designing companies visit the college for placements. Top roles offered were fashion designer, product designer, stylist, etc. Students also get internship opportunities at this college.
Infrastructure: Pearl Academy has good quality facilities and infrastructure for our course. Our college has all the necessary facilities for the students. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, sports, etc., were available for the students. The college has a pretty beautiful campus. Hostel facilities were also provided to the students.
Faculty: The faculty at Pearl Academy was highly experienced. All the teachers in the college were qualified and knowledgeable in our course. Teachers were helpful and supportive to the students. The course curriculum was relevant and made the students industry-ready. Exams were not very hard to pass, and teachers helped students with their doubts.

Everything on the campus is good except placements.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed during 2019 in fashion designing industry. The average salary package offered varies from 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Aditya Birla, Raghuvendra Rathore, and Reliance Retail were the few top companies that came for recruitment. Almost everyone got internships, in export houses, designers, and buying houses.
Infrastructure: Everything on the campus was amazing, including a library, Wi-Fi, classrooms or any lab. Overall everything was great bout Pearl Academy. In terms of facilities, everything was good, there were no much of sports and games, but canteen and medical facilities were good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good, and we had a few guest tutors as well. The course curriculum was as well and relevant. The environment was competitive. It does make students ready for the industry. Though there were a less field trips, it was all good over all.

Pearl is one of the topmost fashion colleges in India. I like the campus, crowd and teachers.
Placements: The best course offered in our college is fashion design, which I am pursuing. Internship facilities provided by the college are quite satisfactory. But I am not sure about placements. The top recruiting companies are Fab India, Reliance Trends and so on.
Infrastructure: Pearl Academy has the best campus. We have all the facilities like library, Wi-Fi, canteens, escalators, etc. The food served is good too. The staff is friendly and makes sure that students are well and don't face any problem on campus. Our college also provides hostel facility.
Faculty: Our college is not great as National Institute of Fashion Technology, but the services it provides are satisfactory. Most of the teachers are from NIFT/NID pass outs and are well educated. The teaching quality is good, and it depends on the faculty members. They help us a lot.
Other: The campus crowd is very good. Students from good families are studying here. It has many societies. PlanClan is the best society. The fees charged is quite high, and I hope they reduce the same.

One of the best college for fashion designing.
Placements: Placements percentage is very high for fashion designing students. Almost every student get an internship programme in their third year and after fourth year again internship and placements with different designers whether in India or any other countries.
Infrastructure: The facilities are very nice but our college doesn't provide a ground but labs, classrooms, library are very good. We are also provided with a recreational area with games. Our hostel facilities are also very good, they are near college and in safe environment.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very qualified and have experience in the same field we are studying for. The course is very relevant but a little fast. The college has also provided us with Adobe software with is taught by our teachers and make our experience very good.

Great learning experience.
Placements: Pearl Academy offers good placement. Package range from 3.6 LPA to 12 LPA. Many good companies turn up placements like ITC, Raymond, Myntra etc. College also helps with internships during summer break. Almost everyone gets Design, styling, merchandiser are some of the most common roles offered.
Infrastructure: Pearl Academy got a new campus last year. The classrooms are great. Campus is wi-fi enabled. Canteen, Library, Recreational rooms and many other facilities are available. All the buildings are fully air conditioned. Overall the campus has very comfortable and creative environment.
Faculty: Pearl Academy has the best faculty. They are all very creative and innovative. Almost all the teachers have industry experience. And they provide guidance to each student individually. Faculty is very helpful and approachable. There are regular workshop with eminent personalities in the fashion industry. The student teacher ratio is good.

Good infrastructure, faculty and environment.
Placements: I don't know much about placements as I have just completed my third year, but I have heard that placements are not good. Not all good companies turn up. Stipend depends upon the student's work and the company he/she is working. It may vary from Rs. 10,000-Rs. 1,00,000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is too good. It has a food court, canteen, great library, escalators and medical room. The classrooms are quite a big and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi facility is available. Quality of the food is good. We get the meal two times (paid), but it is easy for PG students to manage their food.
Faculty: We get industry exposure. The teachers are very qualified and very helpful. We learn via presentations, practical knowledge, through movies and it is a fun way of learning. The course is really useful. I find it as a fun way of learning at Pearl Academy.
Other: The campus crowd is very good. We have everything around our college from shopping places to cafes. We get scholarships. Pearl Utsav is conducted every year, and we have Amazon week to display our work in front of famous designers.

Great faculty and teaching.
Placements: I haven't passed out yet, so I'm not sure about the placements. But I've heard about it from my seniors. You have to apply online for the placements in your 4th year, the companies are good and reputed. The package given is low than expected though. But it is always advice to apply for them, you may have good opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice. The college has centralised air conditioning. Classrooms are transparent and sound proof. Furniture is very good, and comfortable. There are escalators inside college, different labs, library, stationary which has all the required materials, is a bit expensive though. There are 2 canteens as well and good joints outside college.
Faculty: The faculty is just amazing. They are very helpful and understanding. Course guides are sent to you via emails on your college email ids and are also explained in classes. There are online assignments as well which are to be completed per week, and contain marks as well.
Other: Fest like pearl utsav is held, Diwali Mela, etc. College's crowd is nice, it's not that good around the college though. Different management societies are there, you can be a part of them. Many opportunities are given as well. Id card is a very important thing, Should be there with you everyday, you won't be allowed to enter without it, and won't get attendance as well.
