COMEDK UGET 2015 Counselling Process

COMEDK UGET 2015 counselling: The ‘centralized single window counseling or seat selection process’ for COMEDK UGET 2015 has been scheduled to begin from June 29, 2015 as notified on its official website.
COMEDK UGET 2015 counselling schedule announced!
COMEDK UGET 2015 authorities have informed that the first round of counselling shall be conducted session wise. Counselling for the engineering courses shall begin first, that is on June 29, 2015 which will be followed by counselling for architecture and medical/dental that shall positively start from July 11, 2015 and July 13, 2015 respectively. The venue chosen for the counselling process is NMKRV College Mangala Mantapa, Bangalore.
The procedures indicated in the COMEDK UGET 2015 official notice that would be followed during the ‘centralized single window counseling or seat selection process’ of COMEDK UGET 2015 are in the following:
1. Session wise call for counselling process of qualified candidates
COMEDK UGET 2015 counselling schedule has been structured to be conducted multiple times a day (around seven sessions in most of the courses) in a session format.
2. Verification of required documents
In order to register for the counselling and seat allocation process, candidates have to submit the necessary documents at the centre’s counter, to the assigned officials for verification. Documents required to be carried for the counselling are candidate’s proof of identity (photo), Test Admission Ticket card and rank card of COMEDK UGET – 2015, proof of date of birth, certificate of the qualifying examination and certificates of Minority/Category/Hyderabad-Karnataka region status if applicable (originals along with one photocopy each).
3. Registration process
After the verification of the required documents, candidates shall be issued registration slips after undergoing the process of signature, biometric and photo. Therefore, it is mandatory for the candidates to appear physically at the time of counselling. Candidates are allowed to bring only one parent or guardian during the counselling process.
4. Screening of seats availability
After registering successfully, candidates will be shown a screening of seats available for the courses at various institutes/colleges affiliated to COMEDK. Exercising to choose a seat will purely be based on merit status of the candidate.
5. Allotment of seat
Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit in COMEDK UGET 2015. The counselling is web-based starting from the registration process to issue of allotment letter (provisional/confirmed). Candidates ought to note that seat once chosen would not be changed at any circumstance.
6. Payment of tuition fee
Tuition fees are to be paid at the time of counselling. Demand Draft in favour of ‘COMEDK’ has to be drawn from the given nationalized banks with indication of the Test Admission Ticket Number (TAT No. XXXXXXX). DD payable at Bangalore can be made from the following banks Andhra Bank, Allahabad Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab and Sind Bank, Punjab National Bank, Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of India, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore, Syndicate Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank of India, United Bank of Indian, Vijaya Bank).
Annual Tuition fees of MBBS, BDS, BE and B Arch. are as follows:

7. Issue of allotment letter (provisional/confirmed)
Candidates shall be issued allotment letter (provisional/confirmed) after the payment of the said fees. Those who have applied for the medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) courses shall be issued provisional allotment letter, exclusively in the first round of counselling, if they insist on submitting only the attested photocopies of the required documents. Candidates should be aware of the fact that no duplicate allotment letter would be issued. Thus, the loss of the allotment letter would result in the termination of their admission.
The indicative list of seat available for the medical/dental and engineering stream shall be notified soon. COMEDK UGET 2015 was held on May 10, 2015, whereas the results for the same were declared on June 8, 2015.
COMEDK UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) is conducted by Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) to offer admissions to interested candidates in engineering, dental and medical degree courses offered by colleges/institutes that are affiliated to COMEDK.
