Fee structure for VITEEE 2015
Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University is considered to be one of the best engineering colleges in the country. Candidates can secure admissions into VIT University by appearing for Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam 2015 (VITEEE 2015).
VITEEE is an extremely popular engineering entrance exam and the truth of this statement lies in the fact that a total of 1,93,851 students appeared for the exam in 2014 to fill a total of 5000 seats in various engineering branches in the University.

The information brochure for VITEE 2015 states: “The selected candidates will have to submit a DD for Rs 30,000 in favour of ‘VIT University’, payable at Vellore, on the confirmation of seat and acceptance of branch allotted. This includes Rs 10,000 towards counselling fee. Counselling fee is non-refundable, but it will be adjusted in the tuition fees once the candidate joins the University.”
Candidates who qualify for admissions through VITEEE can also avail scholarships under GV School Development Programme (GVSDP). The criteria and scholarship offered are mentioned below:

Courses offered at VIT University are divided into Group A and Group B. The fee structure for different course on offer at VIT University is as mentioned below:
Group A: Biomedical, Biotechnology, Civil, Chemical, Computer Science and Engg (Spec. in Bioinformatics), Mechanical with specialisation in Energy Engineering, Mechanical with specialisation in Chemical Process Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
