The infrastructure and facilities are good in our college.

Placements: The college has a placement for all students. The minimum salary package offered is 6 LPA. When you have maximum skills, you can get a job easily with a good salary package. If you have 9 pointers and skills, you can get placed with 1 crore per annum. The competition among CSE students is very tough.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available at 12.30 PM. Labs are good. Classrooms are clean. The library is available up to 12.00 PM. The hostel-in-time for girls is 8:30 PM, and after 8:30 PM, they charge Rs.100. You can go outside on weekdays for 4 hours. Air-conditioned rooms and non-air-conditioned rooms are available.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Exams are difficult. They conduct 3 exams namely, CAT 1, CAT 2, and FAT. FAT exams are the main exams every semester. You have to score a minimum of 40 marks to pass.

Other: Many events are held here. The campus crowd is huge.

Overall, it's a good college and campus life is also good.

Placements: In VIT there is a good percentage of placement which is around 90%. In VIT almost everyone get dream job of 15 Lacs of CTC. Top recruitment companies are TCS, Land, Accenture and Wipro. VIT provides good jobs for every course.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of VIT is good. There are 8 academic buildings, 18 boys hostels and 6 girls hostels with Wi-Fi, grocery store, medical facilities, gym and sports area. Smart classes, digital library and shuttle bus are also available. Mess is good in which food provided is tasty.

Faculty: Faculty are very good and qualified. Curriculum is very good. It includes practical knowledge and skills development courses. Courses include soft skills and labs also. Almost every component of theory includes a lab. Attendance should be 75% for every exam. Curriculum is good.

Other: There are many courses with specialization and VIT hosts two fest Gravitas and Rivera. VIT also provides scholarships. Crowd is good at VIT.

Which software are required for civil engineering in VIT Vellore?

All the softwares are installed in the computers in computer labs . You can access them through your I'd card and login credentials of your computer login. Then only you can access them in CB labs.
