JoSAA 2021 Schedule announced; online registration, choice filling and locking from Oct 16
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2021 website, josaa.nic.in, is now live. Candidates can now register for JoSAA 2021 counselling and fill their choices from October 16, 2021.
JoSAA regulates the joint seat allocation for admissions to 110 institutes, including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 29 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Admission and seat allotment process at all these institutes is streamlined through single authority or agency i.e. JoSAA.
As per the schedule released by JoSAA, the registration process for JoSAA counselling process will begin from October 16 at 10 am and continue until October 23, 2021, until 5 pm. After this, JoSAA first seat allotment list 2021 will be released on October 27, 2021. Following the completion of admission process for Round 1, JoSAA second round allotment results will be released on November 1, 2021.
After the release of the JoSAA 2021 counselling schedule, candidates will be able to check the participating institutes, seat matrix, state of eligibility document list and download various certificate formats.
