ITS Engineering College made me believe in myself: Anshul Sharma

My journey in ITS Engineering College has been tremendous so far and the knowledge or skills I have gained from here are exceptionally helpful for leading a successful life. I still remember the day when I decided to pursue BTech. I was with my friend at his place and there we were talking about good Engineering Colleges in Greater Noida. We were surfing the net and came across the website of ITS Engineering which was really impressive.

I discussed about the college with few of my cousins who are Engineers and well settled. They advised me to visit the college first as sometimes virtual world differs from the real world. I visited the college and found that every single information mentioned on the website right from placements to celebrity visits was true.

I decided to take admission in this college only but was not able to decide the branch. I discussed this problem with one of the admission counselors and he helped me by elaborating scopes and industry nature of all the branches. It was then that I got to know my area of interest was Mechanical Engineering. My family was not supportive in the decision I had made because they thought pursuing Engineering in this branch was quite competitive.  Nevertheless, I knew I had taken the right decision, and more classes I attended, the more I became confident of my decision. I started developing immense interest in Mechanical Engineering.

ITS Engineering College not only provides 4 years degree in Engineering but also creates great Engineers having theoretical as well as practical knowledge. I have seen myself growing throughout my college life. The college conducts workshops where you can go and create your own machine, and faculty members provide great support to the students. When I told my family about my placement at Lokesh Machine Pvt. Ltd. they were surprised as they thought I would never get any job and will remain jobless because I chose a difficult branch of Engineering. Mechanical Engineering is not difficult – actually there is nothing difficult in this world if you have interest in it. I’ve got a passion for ME so I became a Mechanical Engineer. I believe this is just the beginning, and there is a lot to come.

ITS gave me wonderful memories which I will always cherish. Spending time at canteen, our hostel fun, classes, campus, and faculty members all will be missed. ITS Engineering College made me believe in myself.
