I have been an avid reader since my childhood. I always loved the inspiring stories of individuals who became successful in life and changed the world through their revolutionary ideas. I have read multiple books based on the lives of Mahatma Gandhi, Bill Gates, Steve jobs, Mother Teresa and many more. Driven by their sense of inspiration, I always wanted to live a meaningful life. I consistently worked out to find out my area of interest and passion. Gradually over the years of my life I realised that I was very interested in solving day to day problems by generating different ideas and transforming them in the prototype of small machinery models. Hence my journey started from the four walls of my house. In the urge of understanding the machinery and its functioning, I have broken and fixed numerous machineries at home. When it came to taking a major career decision in my life, I was very sure to pick up Mechanical Engineering.

Coming to ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida was absolutely the correct decision of my life. The college and teachers have given us the right environment to thrive. The college is equipped with all the latest technologies and provides exposure at different dimensions. Here we get the opportunity to make mistakes and then learn our lessons. Here in the college, I continued my thrust of understanding machinery and made several prototypes. I have also showcased in my work in different colleges and at many other competitions. I received lot of appreciation for my work. The teachers here taught us to present our ideas in the most effective manner. They continuously worked on our communication skills and guided us to maintain a positive mindset. All the students were always advised to work on their skill set and to develop their creativity. We also had the sessions on management and self-leadership.  We had various sessions with group and individual exercises to develop our innovative thinking. The method of teaching here is not confined to bookish knowledge. The focus is always on experimental learning to bring out the best in students.

We have also participated in the boot camps during our holidays. These boot camps have helped us to crack the interviews during the placement season. We were taught to present ourselves and our ideas in the most effective manner. It trained us to answer various questions asked during interviews. Hence at the time of interviews during placement, we sailed smoothly. I got placed Gold Plus Glass Industry and am very excited to start working there. I am really thankful to all my faculties and management for the efforts they have put for the growth and development of students.
